Part 1. Auto mounted de-silting machine

Supply, delivery, trial run and demonstration of de-silting machine mounted on diesel rear engine four wheel auto chasis for cleaning of silt and liquid waste from manholes , wet wells, etc upto 10m deep by hydraulically controlled grab bucket with provision for loading silt into the hopper mounted on the vehicle, telescoping booms and swiveling arrangements having hydraulic control and easily operated jacks built in with frame work for stationing during operation and the hopper capacity of 0.3 m3 with all standard fittings and accessoris for smooth and regular operation of the unit including painted with epoxy paint etc. complete.

2. Medium vehicle mounted high pressure jetting machine

Supply, delivery, trial run and demonstration of high pressure jetting unit mounted on medium vehicle for cleaning sewer blockages with fresh water tank of 4000 litre capacity and jetting pump with developing suitable pressure with jetting pump, jetting hose, hose reels, self propagating jetting nozzle etc complete with all standard fittings and accessories for smooth and regular operation of the unit including painted with epoxy paint etc. complete.

3. Heavy vehicle mounted high pressure jetting cum sucking machine

Supply, delivery, trial run and demonstration of high pressure jetting cum suction type hydraulically operated sewer cleaning machine mounted on vehicle chasis fitted with 4000 litre capacity fresh water tank and sludge tank made out of 6 mm thick MS plate and epoxy painted blow back arrangements, vacuum pump, jetting pump, jetting hose, sewer hose, tank tipping arrangements, hose reels, self propagating jetting nozzle etc complete with all standard fittings and accessories for smooth and regular operation of the unit including painted with epoxy paint etc. complete.

4. Vacuum operated suction machine

Supply, delivery, trial run and demonstration of vacuum operated suction machine effective in collecting sludge and sewage particles from distance of 30 m upto a depth of 8 m mounted on vehicle with 5000 or nearest capacity, cylindrical tank shell with torispherical dished end, suitable capacity diesel engine operated suction pumps, suction hose, tools and accessories with all standard fittings and accessories for smooth and regular operation of the unit etc. complete.

5. Self priming portable diesel de-watering pump set

Supply, delivery, trial run and demonstration of portable type non clog self priming de-watering pump driven by suitable capacity air cooled diesel engine. The pump to be capable of sucking by self priming muddy water and liquid from manholes and trenches upto 6 m deep and discharging 1500 LPM against total head of 12 m, both the pump and prime mover fitted on a common base plate provided with lifting handles on it including supplying 8 m of suction hose with fittings and 50m of delivery hose of matching size of the pump and fitted with suitable bend, coupling and hose nipple etc on delivery line etc., complete. The pump and prime mover fitted to form a single unit with all standard fittings and accessories for the smooth and regular operation of the unit etc. complete.

Part VI - Safety equipments for labourers

Supply, delivery of safety equipments for labourers such as 1).Water proof Rubber /Neoprene gloves to avoid body contact with septage/ sewage - 1 pairs .(The gloves should be conforming to IS 15354;2003). 2) Liquid proof coveralls to avoid clothing / body contact with septage /sewage- 1 nos , 3) Knee length Rubber Boots to avoid body contact with septage / sewage - 1 pairs . (The boots should conform to IS 3976: 2003 and IS 15298;2011 Standards), 4) Safety Helmet - 1 no. (The helmet should conform to IS 2925 Standards), 5) Gas masks confirmimng to IS 9623:2008- 1No., 6) Breathing apparatus confirming to IS 10245(Part 3):1999 - 1 no.

Part VII - Other Safety equipments

Supply, delivery of safety equipments such as 1) portable lighting equipment with 200 lumen (maximum) - 1 No, 2) gas detecting equipments (Multi gas detector - Ammonia, Hydrogen Sulphide, Methane, Natural Gas, etc) - 1 No. 3) First aid equipments with emergency medical kit - 1 no., 4) Tripod with hoist of 0.25 tonne, 10m drop - 1 no., 5) Telescopic aluminium ladder with 6m height, base width to be less than 0.55 m - 1 no., 6) ISI marked CO₂ Fire Extinguisher (2Kg) - 1 no.
