Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means in all types of strata comprising any of the materials such as soil, sand, ,silt clay,gravel,moorum of all verieties shingles,pebbles,all types of conglomarets ,laterite rock,soft rock, disintegrated or weathered rock, fissured shattered, decomposed rock, and such materials either in full or parts,as the case may be adopting any approved method or methods as may be convenient or permitted including chiseling,wedging etc. but blasting prohibited in all conditions such as dry, moist,saturated,submerged,foul conditions etc. including pumping or bailing out water/ dewatering including setting out constructed of shoring and bracing, removel of straw and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom for all leads and lifts and directed by Engineer-in -Charge

Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggregate. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in: a)All works upto plinth level

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of formwork for : a)Foundations, footings, bases for columns and mass concrete.

Refilling the pipeline/ foundation trenches plinth sides, foundation etc. with available excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm depth consolidating each layer ramming and watering lead upto 50 M and all lifts and disposal of surplus earth as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing weepholes with rigid PVC make laid in position with a required slope and level while layingpipes of approved the concrete of retaining wall,wing wall and earth retainig structure complete as directed by the Engineer in charge B) 75 mm dia

12mm cement plaster 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand)

Precast plain cement chequered tiles 22 mm thick of required shades laid in floors, treads of steps and landing on 20 mm thick bed of Cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 coarse sand) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete. c)Dark shades using ordinary cement
