Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any position not otherwise specifically provided for and including reinforcement required to facilitate demolition upto and including fourth story and on the roof top/mumty/parapet and removal of debris and rubbish out side MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar in any description and position complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of RCC/ PVC water tanks exc 250 liters and n.exc 500 liters capacity of any condition or type complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Cast Iron pipe/PVC pipe up to 100 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor of WC and bath not exc 300mm deep and removing out the cinder/concrete from sunken portion, cleaning of RCC surface to remove dust, loose particle with compressed air or any other suitable method depending on site conditions, grinding any sharp edges etc complete all as specified and directed. Demolition of Mud Phuska in roofs,any thickness including plastering and leeping of any thickness upto 30cm deep complete all as specified and directed.(Note: All roots of plant on either on wall or roof to be removed and making good the distributed surfaces. Taking down old existing water proofing treatment from the top of RCC / arch slab, including taking down exsiting PCC padding , or plaster and hacking the top of RCC slab, cleaning with water and disposal of rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for 20mm thick cement paster in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC @ 2% by weight of cement finished even and smooth withour using extra cement on roof surface and wall (WPC will be measured and paid seperately as supply only rate)

Material & labour for cleaning of concrete or plastered surfaces of roof and applying priming coat using with bituminous primer @ 0.30kg per Sqm followed evenly by a tack coat @ 1.20 kg per Sqm using 85/25 grade industrial hot blown bitumen , over it laid with 3mm thick APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane minimum weight 3.6 Kg per Sqm reinforced with non-woven polyester fabric (weight not less than 160 Gm per Sqm) unrolled & bonded to substrate with side and end laps 75mm & 100mm as per manufacturer’s instruction and applying over it a tack coat using 85/25 grade industrial hot blown bitumen @ 1.20 kg per Sqm and finally finished the top of polymeric water proofing membrane with a coat of bituminous aluminum paint @ 0.20 kg per Sqm as per manufacturer’s instructions over, complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No 127, 130, 136, 137:- (i) The New / old surface must be prepared in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even all as per manufacture instruction to the satisfaction of Engineer in charge before application of exterior paint. The cost of materials, labour & T&P required for preparation of surface are deemed to be included in the rates quoted. (ii). The work must be got executed through authorised applicator of manufacture after concluding an MoU with manufacture for company back guarantee by the contractor. The authorised applicator of manufacturer shall be got approved from GE before commencement of work. (iii). All the material to be incorporated in the work shall be brought by contractor to MES store yard which will be subsequently issued by deportment for incorporation in the work to ensure the quantity to be consumed all as per recommendation of manufacture. (iv). after carrying out preparation of surface the same shall be got approved from GE before application of acrylic emulsion paint for each building. (v). The colour / shade will be all as approved by GE (vi) The cost of Scaffolding wherever required are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor

Providing and fixing PVC SHEET WALL PANELLING of thickness 5mm (+0.25) consisting of panels of desired size stuck on inner frame work of 50 mm wide strips of 5mm(+0.25) thick prelam PVC sheet. The Panel and strips shall be of 600 kg per cum density manufactured by an ISO-9000 certified company. The strips should have in their center a grove of 6mm width and 1mm depth for sinking the head of the screw used to fix the strips to the wall vertically at an equal interval of 10 inch between two PVC strips. The PVC strips shall be fixed to the wall using 65 mm long M.S.screws through the groove in the strip by using PVC fasteners. The distance between two screws shall not be more than 200mm. A groove of 2mm may be left at the joint of two panels for aesthetic looks. The exact size of the panel and correspondingly of the grid may vary depending on the size of wall. Optionally a strips of 5mm (+0.25) thick PVC sheet of width 75mm feathered at the edges shall be stuck at places where two panels are joined, using solvent cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of designer tiles(high pressure steam Cured) of 8 mm thickness (as per IS:14862) of size 595x595mm and any one of the design ( Cascade or Electra or equivalent) in true horizontal level, suspended on inner locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections ( galvanized @ 120 grms, both side inclusive and black painted groove on all T webs) consisting of main “T” runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and 15x32mm made from 0.3mm thick sheet, 1200mm long spaced between main “T” at 600mm C/C to form a grid of 1200x600mm and secondly cross “T” of length 600mm and size 15x32mm made of 0.30mm thick sheet to be interlocked at middle of 1200x600mm panel to form grids of 600x600mm and wall angle 15x20x0.36mm and laying false ceiling tiles in the grid including, required cutting / making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main “T” runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI soffit cleats fixed to existing RCC lintel with dash fasteners, GI adjustable rods of 3mm dia with galvanized butterfly level clips, spaced at 1200mm c/c along main “T”, bottom exposed width of 15mm of all “T” sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint and black painted groove at center of size 4mm depth and 4.5 mm width, all complete at all heights as per directions of Engr-in-Charge.
