Cutting in earth work all kinds of soils and disposal of excavated earth upto a lead of any metres such as pick work , jumper work, pick work,pick jumper blasting work, blasting work in soft and hard rock conglomrate rock or saturated soil and its intermediate classification of soil including chiseling/wedging out of rocks (where blasting is prohibited) and pumping or bailing out of watering/dewatering upto any lift stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in layers when required into plinth sides of foundations consolidation each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in charge within any leads including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 ( one cement: four sand: eight graded/ crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimetre ) nominal size) mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Random rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonry (uncoursed/brought to courses) with hard stones of approved quality in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement :6 sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size at plinth level in Cement Mortar 1:6(1 cement:6 sand) as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Construction of dry rubble masonary for retaining walls, breast walls, revetment walls and parapets etc. for sub structure and super structure complete as per drawing and technical specification Clauses 704.6 & 1302.5, with in all leads and lilfts and other incidentials complete and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and retaining wall complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals .

Stone work ashlar punched (ordinary work) in superstructure upto floor two level in cement mortor 1:6(1cement : 6 sand) including pointing with cement mortor 1:2 ( 1 cement :2 sand) as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals .

Stone soling/boulder filling dry hand packed in under floor as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals .

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame so as to give a fair finish including centring , shuttring , strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping floorto ceiling not exceeding and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals .

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement : two Sand :four graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) mechanically mixed and vibrated to give an smooth and even surface including centring and shuttering etc upto all level but excluding cost of reinforcement in String courses, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks, plain windows sills and the like as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals .

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete including cost of binding wire up to any level as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing Plain M.S. grills of required patterns in wooden frames of windows etc. with M.S. White glazed tiles 6 mm (six millimetre) thick in flooring , Treads of steps and landing laid on a bed on a bed of 12 mm(twelve millimetre) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 sand)finished with a flush pointing in white cement as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

White glazed tiles 6 mm (six millimetre) thick in skirting risers of steps and dado 12 mm(twelve millimetre) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 sand) and jointed with cement slurry as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing 40 mm panelled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters in 1st class deodar wood for doors windows and clerestory windows.
