OD6170/2022-2023: Applying two component (liquid polymer part and powder part) high build polymer modified cementitious reinstatement repair mortar, Rendroc HB2 / approved equivalent make preferable with a gloved hand or trowel using wet on wet technique to make sure that high strength polymer mix covers the reinforcing bar on all sides . Before applying Rendroc HB2 / approved equivalent make, the reinforcing steel should be primed and SBR should be tacky. For one bag of 18kg Rendroc HB2 / approved equivalent make, place about 2.75litres of drinking quality water in the mixer and add the supplied liquid polymer part, mix well in the mixer machine in operation, add Rendroc HB2 / approved equivalent make powder and mix for 2 to 3 minutes. Depending on the ambient temperature and the desired consistency, a small additional amount of water may be added up to a maximum total water content of 3.25 litres. Measurement is made for whole exposed area Including cost of materials, labour charges, conveyance of materials to site, hire charges of tools and mixer machine etc complete.
26.32.1:Providing, mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make) modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note: Measurement and payment: The pre-measurement of thickness shall be done just after the surface preparation is completed and Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding / tapping with a blunt metal instrument and/or the 75mm size cube crushing strength at the end of 28 days to be not less than 30 N/Sqmm2).12 mm average thickness.

OD20645/2022-2023:Grinding and cleaning the concrete surfaces to lines and levels where expansion joint to be provided, filling the joint with Polyurethane backer rod of required size intact and then applying Ist layer of epoxy adhesive ReArm Bond 4031 and sticking MYK Flexi Joint tape TPE of suitable width over it. Once the bottom layer (Ist layer) adhesive sets, over coat the tape with one more layer of adhesive so that tape shall be completely locked inside the epoxy adhesive layers (size of tape shall be such that each side of concrete there shall be a minimum offset of 50mm) and providing protection cover to the expansion joint with Aluminum sheet of thickness not less than 0.04mm and having a width of 30cm throughout the length of joint by fixing the same in concrete surface with screw and screw fixtures etc. complete as per the directions of the departmental officers at site.
24.2:Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (Cup lock type ) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube chakkus, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and / or pointing and / or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: - ( 1) The evaluational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose, (2) The payment will be made once only for execution of all items of such works.
26.39:Providing and inserting 12mm dia galvanised steel injection nipple in honey comb area and along crack line including drilling of holes of required diametre (20mm to 30mm) up to depth from 30mm to 80mm at required spacing and making the hole & crack dust free by blowing compressed air, sealing the distance between injection nipple with adhesive chemical of approved make and allow it to cure complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
26.35.2:Providing and injecting approved grout in proportion recommended by the manufacturer into cracks/honey-comb area of concrete/masonry by suitable gun/pump at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.<br> (The payment shall be made on the basis of actual weight of approved grout injected.)Stirrer mixed SBR Polymer (of approved make) modified Cement slurry made with Shrinkage Compensating Cement in concrete/RCC work.
