EQUIPMENT
Outdoor Units
VRV/VRF Outdoor Unit
Supply, Installation, Gas Charging, Testing and Commisioning of Air Cooled VRV/VRF units with rotary/scroll Compressor capable of modulating capacity from Min 20%- 100%or more working on R410A/or as per OEM design with heating & cooling both. The prices should include all works such as lifting, shifting and positioning of outdoor units. The unit shall be factory charged & any top-up gas/oil required for first charge including nitrogen leak testing, oil charging, vaccumisation shall be in scope of agency. The outdoor unit shall be a factory assembled unit housed in a sturdy weather proof casing constructed form rust-proofed mild steel panels coated with powder coated finish
The Module shall have multiple scroll compressors and be able to operate even in case of breakdown of one of compressor.. Each circuit of Module units shall have Multiple compressors for better redundancy incase of breakdown.
The heat exchanger for Outdoor shall be constructed with copper tubes mechanically bonded to aluminium fins to form a cross fin coil. The Condenser fins must be coated with Anti-corrosive treatment.The following safety devices shall be part of the outdoor unit:- High Pressure Switch, Low Pressure Switch, Fan Motor Safety Thermostat, Over Current Relay, Fusible Plugs, Fuses. Each unit shall be equipped, with an oil separator to ensure stable operation with long refrigerant piping. The outdoor units shall have a minimum COP of 3.1 at 100% loading and ISEER of 6.5 at ARI conditions (To crosscheck COP orginal data sheet to be provided from OEM ), the ODU shall have condenser fan capable of minmum 7 speeds or better technology for saving energy at various loading conditions.
The out door units shall be suitable for 3 phase 4 wire system, 415V + 10 %, 50 Hz AC supply and indoor shall be suitable for Single phase 220-240V, 50 Hz AC supply.
All compressor shall have inverter technology i.e. outdoor units shall have all inverter based compressor and all outdoor units shall work even at 52°C ambient temperature without tripping
The manufacturer of ODU and compressor shall be of the same make . i.e the make of compressor shall be identical of the ODU. Contractor to include all necessary charge of refrigerant & connecting kits for AHU & Y joints as per there design
PCB Casing should be IP 55 protected and Universal PCB shall be used in all ODUs

Insurance of Units ,Unloading at site, placement of Oudoor Units on the foundation,stands, co-ordination during execution, rendering necessary guidance for execution, supervision, testing, commissioning and startup of above mentioned VRF/VRV by OEM.
