The tenderer should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in similar works as on 31st March 2024. Enclose the performance certificate,Work orders.
Previous experience in the format mentioned under Section XII
Audited Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss account for the F.Y. 2020-21, 2021-22 and 2022-23 should be uploaded (preferably annual report of the company)
Documents to prove the ownership of at least 10 relevant vehicles required in this tender to be uploaded by the tenderer.
The tenderer shall have capacity to supply a minimum of 100 tempo traveler vehicles at a time and continuously for 2 days. Also in times of requirement should be able to supply even more number of vehicles. Work done certificate in this regard shall be uploaded.
The Bidder shall have a minimum Turnover of Rs.80.00 Lakh or more in each of the following Financial years 2022-23, 2021-22 & 2020-21. CA Certified statement has to be submitted.
SECTION VI - TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS DECLARATION FOR COMPLIANCE
The Tenderer shall be either proprietorship or partnership firm or a company registered under the companies Act 1956 or a registered Society.
copy of the PAN card of the Entity has to be uploaded.
A self-attested acknowledgement of the Income Tax Returns filed for the Assessment year 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24. (FY 2020-21, 2021-22 & 2022-23 respectively).
GST Registration certificate to be uploaded.
