Demolition of precast concrete block walling, dressed stone work built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for precast cement concrete Block Masonary with soilid blocks type C-1 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate) exc 10cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone wall/ceiling etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on wall in CM 1:6 finished the plaster surfaces fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces (external surfaces) on wall in CM 1:4 finished the plaster surfaces fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over and including a layer of wall care putty (average thickness 1mm) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old plastered surfaces by complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over and including a layer of wall care putty (average thickness 1mm) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint 1st quality paint over and including 1mm thick layer of wall care putty complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note:- The tint/ shade of the paint shall be as approved by the GE.

M&L for two coats of exterior emulsion paint over and including a coat of primer over and including a thin layer of external wall putty after complete removal of existing treatement complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above gound level) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete 25mm thick type B-0 (1:2:4) using 12.5mm graded stone agg as in sub base to flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick with makrana white marble all around 150mm wide over and including 20mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including cutting, rubbing and mirror finshed polishing by machine complete all as specified and directed. Note: Makrana white marble shall be measured and paid separately under item No 86.

M & L for machine cut kota stone slab,18-20mm thick in riser and thired single piece on steps, skirting, dado and pillar over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 including cutting, grinding and mirror finshed polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing servicable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.

M & L for non skid ceramic coloured joint free tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ ractangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floor etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 as in floor etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick in vertical surface as in skirting & dado, area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.16 Sqm set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chokhats or frames (without taking off shutters from the frame) exc 1.5 sqm and n.exc 4.00 sqm incl cutting holes and making good reqd shape for new frame complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chokhats or frames (without taking off shutters from the frame) n.exc 1.50 sqm including cutting holes and making good for new frame complete all as specified directed.

S & F standard aluminium section powder coated any colour as approved for door frames / shutters, window frames/shutters sliding/fixed and partitions etc including jointing cleat and aluminium or rubber beading/ linning, Pivot, locking aragement etc and fixed in position with stainless steel screws all as specified and as directed. Note: 1. All aluminium powder coated builder hardware i.e. handles, tower bolts and hinges etc cost of same shall be deemed to inclusive in quoted unit rate. 3.Mortice lock shall be measured and paid separately under respective item. 2. Weight of section shall be measured through BOO.

S&F Mortice lock of brass, vertical type, size 100mm brass 4 levers with two keys.

M & L for 12mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade, prelaminated both side with decorative choice lamination fixed with screw to timber or aluminium frame work complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for false ceiling consisting of wall angles, main T, cross T all of size 25mm X 25mm X1.4mm thick powder coated GI grid frame work jointed angle as directed and mild steel hooks not less than 4mm dia with arrangement for adjusting heights of ceiling with and incl provision of 4mm thick E boards sheet in panels of size 600mmX600mm with necessary off cuts and fixing arrangements including dismantling of existing false ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for prepainted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour (as approved by GE) having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed.

M & L for prepainted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour (as approved by GE) having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings to wall fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/disintegrated rock each not exc. 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, inlayers n.exc. 25cm in soft/loose soil and getting out complete all as specified.

M & L for Plain Cement Concrete type C2, 1 : 3 : 6 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete for embedding of posts etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 type -D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in subbase of floors etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in Sub base of flooring complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of interlocking paver block laid bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed

M & L for refixing of interlocking paver blocks with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

S & F machine pressed rubber moulded coloured precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm but n.exc 10 cm long and 16 to 20mm diameter of neck complete all as specified and directed.

S & F rolled mild steel section as in main and cross beams hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding door fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates conforming to Fe-290, Gde E-165 all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of 1x20 watt LED security light fitting, pressure die-cast aluminium including fixing the same of GI pipe 25mm dia bore light grade bracket, 1.5 mtr long including necessary cutting / bending / welding and fixed the same with two Nos FI clamps of 40x 4mm and suitable size of nut & bolts etc. and making electric connection with two core copper flexible wire of 0.50 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in repair MCB DB sheet metal enclosure TPN, 4 way having protection with 200 amps rated bus bar, 440 volts, double door, including grauting suitable for housing MCB's and isolators, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in repair MCB Triple pole & Neutral 240 volts,40 to100 amps, of 10 KA 'C'curve

S & F in replacement of MCB DB sheet metal enclosure for DB, SPN, 8 way having protection with 200 amps rated bus bar, 240 volts, double door type, suitable for housing MCB's and isolators, concealed in wall complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of MCB SPN pole 240 volts, 40 amps, of 10 KA

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil for foundation of poles, structures, stay rods, laying of underground cable etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in soils including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers each not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Sand cushioningng (dry sand) to under ground cable for cable protection provided with layers 8cm thick before laying and 15cm thick after laying the cable and punned down to 18 cm thickness complete all as specified and directed. Note : For payment purpose punned thickness of 18cm shall be measured against spread thickness of 18cm as mentioned in para19.75 of SSR Part-I

Supply and laying sub class B bricks old size for protection of cables laid lengthwise perpendicular to the axis of cable, adjecent to each other complete all as specified and directed.
