M&L for disconnecting electrical/ mechanical connection and taking up or down unserviceable 50 HP Centrifugal motor of any type, make and capacity from foundation and transporting to authorized workshop to carry out works such as replacement of motor bearing, cutting & removing existing burnt/ short circuited winding wire complete, cleaning of core grooves and surfaces, rewinding the motor with superior quality enameled copper winding wire of suitable gauge, numbers of turns and coils including insulating material such as sleeves, lathorised fiber glass, cotton/ PVC tape varnishing etc, reassembling, refixing and testing the motor at site on full load complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- The cost for replacement of connection plate, nut bolt washer, Lugs etc. shall be included in this items.

M & L for taking up or down unserviceable Centrifugal motor of any type, make and capacity from multy story building and transporting to authorized workshop to carry out works such as replacement of motor bearing, cutting & removing existing burnt/short circuited winding wire , cleaning of core grooves, surfaces etc. and Rewinding of 3 phase electric motor of 15/20 HP with super enameled copper winding wire of same gauge including impregnated paper, sleevs, lathorised fibre glass, varnish and tape, etc refixing motor at is own position after rewinding and testing the motor at site on full load complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note:- The cost for replacement of connection plate, nut bolt washer, Lugs etc. shall be included in this items.

M&L for overhauling and repair of open well submersible pump set of 20/ 30 HP of any make and capacity from foundation and transporting to authorized workshop to carry out works replacement of defective parts such as bearing, bush, impeller etc. including necessary lath work, metaling, turning, poloshing and cutting & removing existing burnt/ short circuited winding wire complete for rewinding of 3 Phase, submersible electric motor with PVC insulated copper winding wire of same gauge and reassemble all the parts and refixing at same position complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preventive maintenance and servicing of Grundfos make hydropneumatic pump - 3 Nos with control panel for 9 months, including inspections, testing, oiling, greasing welding, metaling and replacement of worn out part 'O' rings, bush, casing ring, gasket packing etc. all as per site requirement or as directed by EIC. Note:- (i) Preventive maintenance and servicing shall be carried out by trained technician only. (ii) Defective major components/ spares if required shall be measured as 'Supply only' under respective Item Nos. 52 to 54 here-in-after and labour element included in this item for replacement.
