(2) Contractor is advised to go through specifications & site work plan before quoting the rates. (3) The defect liability period shall be Two years after completion of work. (4) Income Tax, GST, Royalty, L.Cess etc. shall be deducted as per rules. (5) Service Tax will be paid by contractor as per rule. (6) Conditional tender will not be accepted. (7) The legal jurisdiction will be at Kota. (8) Any Item and/or quantity of work can be withdrawn/changed without any reason.
