Renovation/Modernization of one no. goods cum passenger elevator. The job also includes all the charges on a/c of manpower, equipment’s, tools & plants & other miscellaneous required for executing the job. The job includes supply,testing,commissioning,carriage, transportation, handling, loading, unloading etc. & is inclusive of all applicable taxes like TDS, cess, GST etc.

Providing and complete replacement of 01 no. Main Controller G+6 (VVVF/V3F) with Auto/Manual Door along with all other associated components to make it functional. The job includes installation of complete new controller assembly including fitting, assembly, installation, wiring and other allied works to make it functional. Providing and installation of 01 no. Main Drive of capacity more or equal to 22 KW, 415V, AC supply with DBR (ABB/Mitsubishi electric/Fuji electric/other equivalent make ). Providing and fitting of Main Motor Encoder for Elevator motor communication, (should be able to control Elevator speed/Elevator vertical positioning/ Elevator Door (optional) and also should communicate with Elevator Governor). Providing and installation of 02 no. compensating chain(each 80m length ) for elevator ( should be able to compensate the load of elevator car i.e, 3 tonn ) and counter weight ). Complete Replacement of (01 no.) M.S imperforated collapsible manual Door of car with its allied parts (including) a) Door Track (01 no.) b) Door Roller (04 no.) c) Door Limit Switch (02 no.) d) Door Bottom Sill (01 no.) ( M.S / Aluminum ) (The door should also include the locking and safety mechanisms like Door clutch, Door Gib, Pickup rollers, Door hangers, Egress limiters/door restrictors (4’- 6”) and other allied parts to ensure proper working and safety mechanisms of door and as per the site conditions. ) Complete Replacement of 07 no. M.S imperforated Collapsible manual landing Door ( Including) a) Door Track (07) b) Door Roller (30) c) Door Lock with key set (14) d) Door Lock Beak (07) e) Door Frame (07) M.S f) Door Bottom Sill (07) M.S / Aluminum COMPLETE REPLACEMENT OF GOVERNING SYSTEM: Providing and installation of complete automatic over Speed Governor with speed limit of 0.75m/s.(Sharpe/equivalent make) The governor should include all the associated parts for its full functioning. Providing and fitting of S.S material Speed Governor Rope 08mm/10mm ( for 140 m car travel ) ( Usha martine /equivalent make) Fitting of all other associated parts of the governor and its fitting like nut bolts , frame for base and clamps etc. Providing, fitting and laying of 12 core 1.5 sqmm armored travelling cable ( for 140m car travel ) Cable should be clamped/ tied as per the site conditions to ensure proper fitting and should be connected with the Copper lugs of required size to ensure proper connection.Providing and fitting of 10 no. limit switches with limit switch bracket including 14 nos. Reed switchs and 14 nos. Reed magnets. The job may include extra switches as per the site conditions. Providing and complete installation of Buffer springs: 01 no.Buffer Spring for Car 01 no. Buffer Spring for Counter Weight. The job includes complete installation of buffer springs on car and counter weight. Providing, laying and complete fitting of wiring for landing and car for 140 m elevator travel. ( the job includes complete wiring for 7 landing doors and one car cabin) The wiring insulation should be complete water proof, heat and cold resistant and should be fitted in insulated PVC rods where ever required in open space and connections should be made proper with clamps/zip ties and mini lugs of suitable size . Providing and installation of Intercomm system ( should have wireless function also) of elevator car with one control at Elevator control room ( top of elevator ) and other at Dam control room ( Dam control room is approx. 250 m away from elevator control room ) Motorola/Beetle /equivalent make. Providing and complete installation of emergency alarming system along with associated components with one alarming buzzer at dam control room (200 m away from elevator control room ) The job includes complete wiring, and other allied works. Complete Renovation of Elevator Cabin/car: Providing and Fitting of complete Car False sealing ( should be moistureproof and waterproof ) Providing and installation of 02 no. Cabin fan (Havells/Usha/equivalent make ) Providing and fitting of 04 no. Car False ceiling LED (Havells/Philips/equivalent) job includes complete painting of existing cabin and recondition to new in case of minor dents etc Include other minor maintenance works of car if required like using of filler material for minor voids etc. Machine room : Megger testing of existing main motor. check its functionality and if found defective overhaul or replace with new one. Check the bearing of motor couplings and if required replace with new. Painting of complete machines ( main motor, manual handle , motor cover, etc ) in machine room with protective coating. Providing and filling of gear and motor oil to machines in machine room. Complete replacement of brake pads for main motor Providing and fitting of other required hardware to machines like nut and bolts , washers , screws, stands, shims etc. used for proper alignment and proper fixing of machines with foundation. Complete Providing and fitting of new luminous push buttons in landing and car with call registration indicators, Up and down arrow with inbuilt Digital FPI ( Floor position indicator) having boxes and stainless steel plates for car and all 07 landing door structures. and Providing and fitting of Miscellaneous extra hardware/ small items if required to make elevator fully functional as per site conditions.
