Schedule'A' Part-I: B&R works

Demolition of cement concrete ( Unreinforced) in ground floors and paving N.Exc 15cm thickness ( Below or above ground level) all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 using 20mm graded crushed brick aggregate as in floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4 : 8 ( 40 mm graded stone aggregate) for sub base

M & L for 40mm thick cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) and finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified and directed.

S&F for joist channel angle or Tee section fixed independently without connecting plates etc confirming to Fe-290grade E-165 of all specified and directed.

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge thickness including nainital or similar pattern roof covering all as specified and directed.

S&F for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B" bricks straight or curved on plain to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick on brick work or concrete fair surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab incl parapet comprising with the following course of treatment/specifications from bottom to top (a) Applying bituminous primer @100 gms per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof incl parapet surfaces. ( Make Tank Mastic of STP Ltd or EMUFALTE of Texsa ltd/IWL India Ltd) (b) One layer of APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufacturer , 3mm thick, weight not less than 3.6 Kgs per Sqm, reinforced with non woven polyester fabric or weight not less than 150 gram per Sqm.Polymeric membrane shall taken to a height 60cm(minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be done by torch on method or as per manufacture instructions (ii) A minimum over lap of 100mm and75mm should be made in the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlap and joints as manufactures instructions.(iii) The make of polymeric membrane shall be SUPER THERMOLY OF STP Ltd or MOPLY FP OF Texsa India Ltd /IWL India Ltd (c) Applying two coat of bituminous aluminium paint on top of APP membrane.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the previous all as directed

M & L Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 for laying floor finishes

S & F non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06sqm but not exceeding 0.11sqm, in floors, set and jointed neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match.

M& L for Roughening surfaces of old concrete surfaces by picking sweeping, cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc

M&L for light shade vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick ( Square/Rectangular ) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm in Floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and over cement screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed.

M&L for light shade vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick ( Square/Rectangular ) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm in skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and over a 10mm back coat plastering cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed.

Surface excavating N.Exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil.

Excavating post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum getting out, returning filling n and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m making gd surface f soft/loose soil surface all as specified and directed.

M &L Hardcore of broken bricks gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded crushed brick aggregate as in floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B" bricks straight or curved on plan radius in full brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing sheet metal enclosure single pole and neutral with two pin & earth plug with socket complete with one single ploe MCB 20 Amps, SP 240 volts 'C' series complete all as specified and as directed Make : Legrand/Schneider/Havells

M & L for surface sub main wiring with two single core PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volt grade multi stranded FRLS Copper conductor cable of size 6.0 sqmm (Nominal area) drawn through in and including PVC casing caping/PVC conduit size with all fittings and accessories alongwith one single core green colour PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volt grade multi stranded FRLS Copper conductor cable of size 4.0 sqmm as earth lead and connected to earth dolly and making good to disturbed surfaces all as specified and directed.
