Annual Maintenance Contract of New Building for Rajasthan High Court, Jodhpur (2026-27)

Part A : Manpower Works

Attending complaints round the clock relating to following activities :-

Attending to complaints for fitting & fixing of tower bolts, Al drops, lock, door stopper, handle ,removal fixing of curtain curtain rods,pictures on walls etc or any other activity related to carpantry trade This scope also include oppening of door due to lock problem and replacement of broken glass of doors, widnows, ventilators, etc. as and when necessary complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of , roof,water cooler in all respect including disposal of debris ( as directed), as per schedule of work (details in tender document)

Cleaning of roof area as well as sanitary & water pipe line shaft mentioned bellow, all types of scrap materials ,vegetation, removing of all debries, weeds,shrub etc. from the slab, roofs, shaft of pipe line of the buildings and disposal the same to a distance place from the buildings as per direction and to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge complete as required.

Regular cleaning of all N traps in bathroom Gully traps,chambers rain water chambers drainage lines etc chalked suddenely or local bloakage on daily basis etc.

Regular civil maintenance of flooring dado, tile granite ,elevation cladding work plaster activity etc etc repairing of floor and plaster dado during removal chalked drainage line,pipe line etc,requirement of mistry for false ceiling repair painter etc as and when required

Part B : Civil Works

Carriage of Building Rubish Stone metal (Grit and Ballast etc.) (all kind of rubbish collected in campus dumped at dumping point by regular cleaning contractor of Rajasthan High Court Building) with all leads and lift

Supplying and providing of two components poly sulphide sealant containing solid contents, confirming to standard specification and approved compatible primer, for priming vertical faces prior to application of poly sulphide sealant including all labour charges for sealing of expansion joints after drill mixing of two components sealing compound. Cleaning and preparation of expansion joint using wire brush sand papering with emery paper and filing with suitable mechanical means. The work includes raking and cleaning of joints, sticking, debonding tape on bottom of joint, applying primer on edges, using masking tape on edges, providing of sealant and removal of masking tape immediately after providing sealant in joint.
