Material and labour for aluminium composite panel sheet of 4mm thick which consists of 3mm thick thermoplastic core of anti-toxic LDPE sandwiched between 2 skins of 0.5mm thick aluminium foils with outer surfaces finished with 30 u PVDF and inner surface finished with a thin coat of polyester paint, fixed in panel to aluminium frame including all necessary frame work or powder coated snap beading and rubber basket complete all as specified and directed. M & L for Machine cut kota stone slab(Except kota stone slab) flooring 20-25 mm thick laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing to mirror finish laid over 20 mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes etc complete all as specified and as directed etc.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar in any position and in any location complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash brick’ straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 in any location, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Brickwork (Except) bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M and L for applying a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.3Kg /sqm conforming to IS : 3384 and laying 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane reinforced with non woven polyster matt having softening point not less than 150 degree centigrade, having tensile strength 650 N/Sqcm in longitudinal & 400 N/Sqcm in transverse direction by torch method with min 100 mm side lap and 150 mm end lap followed by application of a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 kg per sqm and blinded with clean dry sand @ 0.5Kg/sqm over the APP membrane including taking existing tarfelt of any layer complete all as specified and as directed.
