Labour for boring through any type of soil for sinking tube well of required dia with top enlargement by rig boring system (either by reserve circulation or by direct rotary method)including hire charges and labour for rig machine,tools and plants , staging, force pumping set and making arrangement for water required for boring etc. complete and lowering of pipes, strainers, blind pipes etc. complete. For depth upto 250 metre for 200 mm dia. Tube well with top enlarge. of 300 dia. (i) First 50 metres

Geophysical investigation of the acuifer by Electro-logging system with all tools and plants as necessay including supply of necessary report.

Supply,fixing and fitting the following accessories: (i) 300mm x 200 mm dia UPVC reducing socket.

(ii) Supplying, fitting and fixing G.I. cap at top of 300 mm.

(iii) Supplying, fitting and fixing 300 mm M.S. housing clamp of approved quality.

(iv) Providing 200 mm centre guide.i) With Clamp

(v) Supply of PVC pipes & fittings (medium duty) conforming to ASTMD -1785 and threaded to match with GI Pipes as per IS : 1239 (Part - I). Threaded End Cap- 200 mm dia.

(vi) B) Supply of E.R.W.M.S. black pipe of approved make(heavy quality) as per standard specification having wall thickness not less than 8 mm. (ii) 300 mm dia. (internal)

Supply of PVC pipes & fittings of 80 Schedule (medium duty) conforming to ASTMD - 1785 and threaded to match with GI Pipes as per IS : 1239 (Part - I). a ) 200 mm dia inside diameter.

b ) 300 mm dia inside diameter.

Supply and delivery at site of UPVC medium well screen (RMS) pipes with ribs conforming to IS 12818:2010 (CIPET certified) (a) 200 mm. dia

Packing the annular space between the out side of the tubewell pipes, strainer and the bore with pea size washed gravel of approved quality havin size of 2mm to 5mm approved by the E-I-C including labour and equipment.

Packing the annular space between the outside of the housing pipe and the bore with puddle clay balls of approved size as per the E-I-C with all materials & labour complete

Washing and developing tube well with air compressor pump and engine for 8 (eight) hours continuous pumping per day with necessary arrange ments for testing the yield in gallons per hour with 'V' notch including labour charges for all tools and scaffolding as required.

Collecting sample of water for bacteriological and chemical test from any depth at any time during execution of work including hire and labour charges for tools and plants and sterilising the equipments, paying all charges and fees, testing etc. complete in all respect as per direction.

Dismantling all types of plain cement concrete works, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. In ground floor including roof. (a) upto 150 mm. thick

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m.as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete. (a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1,500 mm.

Supply and laying at site ISI mark socket and spigot jointing system centrifugally cast DI K7 Pipes conforming to IS: 8329-2000(Third Revision) in standard length for push on joint (rubber gasket) with internal cement morter lining and external protection by metallic zink coating with finish layer of epoxy/bituminous coating of outside as per IS: 8329-2000 specification with necessary jointing including transportion (b) 150 mm. dia

Laying and jointing C. I. pipes and specials to required level alignment as per specification drawing and direction of E. I. C. complete with necessary specials that bends, C. I. caps, plugs etc. complete as per direction of E. I. C. 100mm to 300mm dia

Flange joint to C.I/D.I/M.S SPUN pipes and specials Including supply of rubber gasket ,nuts, bolts, washers etc. of best make the joint water tight at required hydraulic pressure all complete specification and direction of the E.I.C. b) 150 mm dia.

Renewing specials only cast iron pipe conforming to I.S.1536/1976 including cutting trenches in any soil or through masonry,concrete etc.,if necessary and Mending good damages including jointing with Tyton joints as per specification excluding the cost of concrete or masonry required but including cost of filling up trenches.

Cutting of C.I/D.I. pipes for fitting with pipes and/or specials of similar or dissimi lar materials at the time of laying without damage of the required length including taking out of the broken pieces from the trench and restacking the same at the specified location as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. B) 150 mm dia.

Chamfering the spigot end of C.l./D,l. pipes for fitting with the socket of C.I./D.I pipes and/or specials in tyton jointed water mains or other wise using electric grinder as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in Charge. 150mm dia.

Supply of Single/Double bit SBR gasket suitable for jointing CI/DI pressure pipes, conforming to IS : 5382 : 1985 [Popularly known as ‘Tyton Gasket’] 150 mm.

C.I. Sluice valve with flanged ends drilled to as per I.S.1358/62 and having all cast iron components as per I.S.780/71 solid forged bronze inside screw spindle nut valve and seat faces of hard ware resisting . Manufactured from best quality gunmetal conforming to I.S.780/71,painted black all over with asphalt base paint tested to 21kg direction, fitted and fixed complete. a) 100mm dia

Supplying, fitting and fixing of C.I. Mechanical Compression Transition Collar Couplings suitable for jointing C.I. Spun Pipes (as per IS: 1536) and D.I. Pipes (as per IS: 8329) with corresponding Inch size Pipes (as per Class B of BS: 1211). The Couplings to be supplied complete with Sealing Rubber Gasket of EPDM quality (IS:5382/1985 Type-4), Cast Iron Follower Glands and Mild Steel Nut Bolts.
