Supply and fixing in replacement of 45 W LED street light fitting with lens optics on LEDs, IP 66 protected luminaire fixture made from pressure die cast aluminum housing & heat resistance toughned glass cover with one number of 35 W driver, having wide operating voltage range & lumen efficacy>105 lm/w.Surge protection upto 10 KV PF>0.95 temp 5700 K to 6500 K IP 66, surge protection 10 KV complete all as specified and directed. including taking out old U/S street light fitting of any type/size. Note: Reducer including cuttig welding etc if required at site for installing LED fiitings shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Supply, install and testing in replacement of indoor Sub main distribution Panel, wall/floor mounted vertical type IP 43 vermin and weather proof double door openable type , with locking arrangement, fabricated out of 1.6 mm thick CRCA MS sheet powder coated with nine tank processed pantone shade 7541C. and fixing arrangement with necessary nut, bolt and washer, wth digital volt and Amp meter, Panel should have factory built assembly as per IEC 61439-1 & 2. Manufacturing plant should have ISO- 9001 & ISO- 14001 crtifications. NABL test required along with Panel. Supply and fixing in replacement of Breather assembly complete with silica gel for suitable model of transformers rating complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for servicing of 11 KV VCB installed at Sector 37 and sector 30 sub stn by carrying the following job work : (i) Disconnecting the VCB from main electric circuit by taking out the incomer,, outgoing connection after isolating supply from main incomer (ii) Taking out trolley of the breakers and checking of mechanical operation system, including spring , locking latch and other parts for smooth operation of the parts (iii) Cleaning of moving and fixed contact with the help of rust proof oil including smoothening of contact and taking out the deposited carbon material. (iv) Tightening of complete bushing by insertion of rubber ring, washer etc complete. (v) Testing of Vaccum bottle for its serviceability for trouble free operation complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge (vi) Caliberation of over load relays , earth fault relay for tripping timing with the help of manual fault machine and adjustment complete all as specified and directed (Any spares required for maintenance of VCB panel will be measured and paid separately under respective items of schedule / warranty certificate for one year and bank gaurantee for same.

Taking out existing unserviceable items of VCB 630 amps of any make after taking shut down and replacing the Indicating lamps in RBY colours complete all as specified and directed : - ( Sector 37 and sector 30 sub )

Taking out existing unserviceable items of RMU 630 amps of any make after taking shut down and replacing the "K" type motor operation type mechanism complete all as specified and directed (RCMA 3 BRD)

Supply and replacement silica gel in to the breather of transformers of off capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling of new transformer oil of ISI marked having dielectric strength not less than 50 KV dielectric strength ,flash point not less then 135 deg celcius having low viscosity for toping up/replacing old oil complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for ABS JUNCTION Box water proof and dust proof IP 65/67 out door type of size 300 x 250 x 120 mm complete with aluminium bus bar 63 amps 3 phase 415 volts complete with FI clamps 25 x 4 mm mounted on existing poles and connections complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying cable duct cover of MS chequered sheet of size 6 mm for protection of HT cable cut into size as per site requirement incl painting with synthetinc paint over a coat of red oxide and fixing arrangements complete all as specifed and directed.
