Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Supply of 100% Acrylic Smooth exterior paint weather coat smooth or equivalent approved brand of Berger/Nerolac /Asian/Shalimar in sealed packed in 20 Litre container including delivery as specified.

Supply of Acrylic Exterior Primer weather coat smooth exterior or equivalent approved brand of Berger/Nerolac /Asian /Shalimar in sealed packed in 25/20 Litre container including delivery as specified.

Supply of Synthetic enamel paint high gloss luxol or equivalent approved brand of Berger/Nerolac /Asian/Shalimar in sealed packed in 20 Litre container including delivery as specified.

Supply of Epoxy paint or equivalent approved brand of Berger/Nerolac /Asian/Shalimar in sealed packed in 20 Litre container including delivery as specified.

Supply of 1st Quality Acrylic washable distemper (ready mixed) Bison acrylic or equivalent approved brand of Berger/Nerolac /Asian /Shalimar in sealed packed in 30/25Kg container including delivery as specified.

Painting one or more coat on old work with Acrylic washable distemper (Ready made Acrylic washable Distemper will be supplied by department ) with roller / brush / spray machine to give an even shade with all lead & lift i/c cleaning, sand papering of existing surface and repair of any holes/gaps/patches by POP/Wall care Putty etc complete with satisfaction of E.I.C :

Painting one or more coat on on new / similar to new surface with exterior primer / water thinnable primer (exterior primer / Water based thinnable primer will be supplied by department ) with roller / brush / spray to give an even shade with all lead & lift i/c cleaning, sand papering of existing surface and repair of any holes/gaps/patches by POP/Wall care Putty with satisfaction of E.I.C :

Painting one or more coat on old work with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint (Acrylic Smooth exterior paint will be supplied by department ) with roller / brush / spray machine to give an even shade with all lead & lift i/c cleaning, sand papering of existing surface and repair of any holes/gaps/patches by POP/Wall care Putty etc with satisfaction of E.I.C : Note- No extra payment will be made for painting on sand faced and rough cast plaster of exterior faces. Contractor will be paid on the basis of plain elevation area.

Painting one or more coat on old work with synthetic enamel paint (synthetic enamel paint will be supplied by department ) with brush / spray to give an even shade i/c cleaning, sand papering, metalic putty on existing surface and repair of any holes/gaps/patches with satisfaction of E.I.C with all lead & lift.

Painting Two or more coat on new / similar to new surface with (Acrylic Washable Distemper) AWD / (Acrylic Smooth exterior paint ) ASEP (Paints will be supplied by department ) with roller / brush / spray machine to give an even shade with all lead & lift i/c cleaning, sand papering of existing surface and repair of any holes/gaps/patches by POP/Wall care Putty etc with satisfaction of E.I.C.

Painting epoxy one or more coat on old steel surface (Epoxy Paints will be supplied by department ) with roller / brush / spray to give an even shade i/c cleaning, sand papering, metalic putty to fill depressioon on existing surfacen with satisfaction of E.I.C with all lead & lift.

Marking and painting AAI logo of height 450mm over existing walls with acrylic exterior paint of required shade and colour of approved manufacturer by using stensil made of G.I sheet / 2mm thick PVC Sheet all complete as per the direction & satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Marking and painting specified matter (36 Nos letters of 120mm height) over existing walls with acrylic exterior paint of required shade and colour of approved manufacturer by using stensil made of G.I sheet / 2mm thick PVC Sheet all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
