Providing, laying, spreading and compacting Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) 7.50 cm thick (Compacted) in two layers with graded stone aggregates grading as per Table 400-13 of MORT&H specification for road and bridge works (Fifth Revision) and satisfying the physical requirement as per Table 400-12 of MORT&H specifications for road and bridge works (Fifth Revision) including premixing the materials with water to OMC in mechanical mix (Pug mill) laying in uniform layer in sub base/base course on a well prepared base and compacted with power vibratory roller to achieve the desired density in including guarding for surfacing works all as specified.
Providing and laying 5.00 cm thick Dense Graded Bituminious Macadam (Compacted) with HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, mixed with Bituminous binder VG-30 Grade @ 4.5% of mix and filler confirming to Table 500-10 and physical requirement as per Table 500-8 of MORT&H specifications (Fifth Revision) , transporting the Hot Mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher, rolling to desired compaction as per MORT&H specification clause 505 complete in all respects.
Providing and laying 4.00 cm thick Bituminous Concrete layer (Compacted)with HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, mixed with Bituminous binder VG-30 Grade @ 5.4% of mix and filler confirming to Table 500-17 and physical requirement as per Table 500-16 of MORT&H specifications (Fifth Revision) , transporting the Hot Mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher, rolling to desired compaction as per MORT&H specification clause 507 complete in all respects.
Providing and laying of Edge lines on both sides of road with Hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads confirming to clause 803.4 of MORT&H specifications for road and bridge works (Fifth revision) all as specified.
