   (1)This item is a PAC item of M/s. BHARAT HEAVY ELECTRICALS BHOPAL. Address: Traction sales division block-7, Central annexe, 1st floor, Pipalani Bhopal, Pin 462022 , Madhya Pradesh. Railway reserve the right to procure entire or bulk quantity based on above PAC. (2) Either PAC/OEM firm should quote directly or can authorize and give Tender Specific Authorization to its Agent / dealer/Likely supplier to quote on their behalf. (3) The authorized dealer should submit valid tender specific authorization, along with the offer, failing which their offer will be liable to be passed over.

   LD for late supply : Recoveries of liquidated damages shall be levied @ 1/2 % (Half percent) of the price ofthe store per week or part of week during which delivery is accepted. The upper limit for recovery of LD insupply contract shall be 10 % of the value of contract irrespective of delays, unless otherwise specificallyprovided in the contract.
