Servicing, overhauling and periodical maintenance of DG sets of following capacity including cleaning internal parts thoroughly, replacement oil filter, fuel filter, air cleaner, turbo charger etc and making smooth valve seats of inlet and exhaust valves including replacement of minor parts such as nut, bolts, washers, banjo nut, bolts, washers, locking nuts, circle clips, `O’ Rings, Gasket, main cylinder head joint screws, stud small springs as deemed necessary or ordered complete and reassembling after replacement of unserviceable parts including painting with one coat of synthetic enameled paint of existing color after removing dust, dirt and oil by caustic soda etc, commissioning and testing on connected load complete specified and directed. (Note : The quoted rates of the contractor includes for fixing the serviceable parts in position and replacement of unserviceable parts with new parts. The new replaced spare parts which are catered in schedule for supply only shall be measured and paid for separately. however essential parts/work which is required for sound engineering practice will be deemed to include in the coated rate of this item).

Draining-out old spoiled lubrication oil from DG Sets of 10 to 200 KVA capacity of any make, cleaning thoroughly the sump including supply and filling lubrication oil SAE-40 into the chamber/sump all as specified and directed. Make SERVO OF IOC/HINDUSTAN PETROLEUM/BPCL

Supply and fixing flexible pipe, filter to lub oil cooler including banjo bolt washers, copper asbestos washer, spring washer nuts and bolts complete all as specified. for DG set of Capacity 20 to 200 KVA.

Supply and fixing flexible pipe, filter to FIP including banjo bolt washers, copper asbestos washer, spring washer nuts and bolts complete all as specified. for DG set of Capacity 20 to 200 KVA.

M&L for rewinding of alternator with `F' class copper wire as per existing after dismantling the old coil cleaning throughly and winding with super enameled copper conductor of existing size and gauge, varnishing drying complete including transportation from site to workshop and back after repairing and refixing the same in DG set with testing DG set Capacity upto 200 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Disconnecting and taking down old unserviceable self starter for DG set Capacity upto 200 KVA, 12Volt and dismantling complete for repair and replacement of the Following parts :- (a) Armature – 01 No (b) Solenoids switch – 01 No. (c) Field coils – 01 No. (d) Commentator – 01 No. (e) Carbon brush – 02 Nos. (f) Bendex assembly – 01 No.

M&L for complete wiring of DG Set control panel with suitable existing size of copper multistranded wire of any core incl taking down old unsv wiring of Capacity 20-200 KVA.

Supply and fixing in repalacement of Power Contactor 4 Pole 100 Amp, 440 volt complete all as directed.

M & L for Door joint and handle locks arrangement for any size/capacity DG set complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing brass terminal for batteries including taking out and removing existing unserviceable terminals complete all as specified.

Dismantling complete radiator assembly, cleaning and de-scaling of chocked water tubes and jackets of radiator, cleaning the fins of radiator with acid including brazing of worn out copper tubes, body and fins and making complete the water body leak proof and testing by pressure including replacement of the worn out minor spares such as plain washers, spring washers, screws nuts, bolts, joints, rubber hoses with clip etc all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for top up coolent for DG sets complete all as specified and directed. Make: CASTROL - RADICOOL HEAVY DUTY COOLANT or Equivalent of SERVO, VEEDOL

Supply and fixed in replacement maintenance free battery duly initially charged 12 volt 180 AH complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge. Make: Exide/Amaron/TATA Green.

Disconnecting all incomming /outgoing electric conenction carefully of fully automatic servo voltage stabilizer having capacity 20 to 100 KVA and transport to work shop for repair/servicing and including, dismantling top cover of stabilizer and taking out the coil, drain out the transformer oil and refilling after dehydration of transformer oil, cleaning internaly, including replacement of unserviceable body nut,bolts, washers,top gasket of cork sheet 6mm thick, replacement of internal circuit wiring if any suitable size of copper wire and painting of stabilizer with heat resistant smoke grey synthetic enameled paint including preparation of old rusted surfaces and writting MES NO, SM MES No, capacity, Ser No, Location etc and reinstallation/Connecting electric connection with replacement of proper size Aluminium lugs and testing on full load at site. Note:- Spare parts shall be measured and paid separatly.

S&F in repairs two side retro reflective sign board of inner size 3 feet x 2 feet with outer frame including stainless steel tubing 40mm bore and length 6 feet for proper support of sign board including foundation with PCC type C-2 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) of size 0.2mx0.2mx0.2m at both side of stainless steel pillars. Sign board printed with green colour Retro radium based colour and laminated English Alphabets with openable white including deptt logo on both side as per existing sample at user site and taking out old unsv board, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S&F MCCB 4 pole with fixed thermal and fixed magnetic release, 100 Amps having rupturing capacity 25 KA, including taking out old MCCB, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCCB 4 pole with fixed thermal and fixed magnetic release, 63 Amps having rupturing capacity 25 KA, including taking out old MCCB, complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, connecting to galvanised iron connecting to and including galvanised iron strip 25mm X 4mm (as earth lead strip), by means of bolt, nuts, check nuts and washer of GI and GI strip protected by provision of GI pipe light grade, 40mm bore including provn of concrete pit in plain cement concrete M-15, type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates with 40mm thick cover of reinforced cement concrete M-15, reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x3mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6mm dia mild steel bar handle made to shape, galvanised iron medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 metre long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point made out of phosphorous bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and including earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre, all as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connection to earth test point all as specified and testing on completion. NOTE :- Item of earthing includes the cost of 7.5 metre long galvanised iron earth wire 4mm size and protection pipe of 40mm bore galvanised iron light grade and earth work.

Repair and replacement of Aluminium strip 25 x 3.15mm fixed on roof, pillars, wall etc, including porcelain isolater having not less than 50mm height with screws & saddles and placed at an interval not less than 50cm in such a manner that strip shoulde not touch the wall /roof/pillar surface etc,. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground above roof/wall/pole, complete all as specified.

Supply and fixed in repair of single pointed air termination copper rod 12mm dia, 300mm long having one end flat with one 10mm dia hole fixing on roof top including fixing/fitting of termination rod at one end of GI pipe 25mm dia stand post with the help of nuts, bolts etc and making connection with roof/down conductors and making fixing arrangement of air termination rod over the GI pipe along with aluminium strip etc. all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screw, complete all as specified and directed.

GI strip 25x4mm with saddle and fixing screw etc. for down conductors from terminal block to earthing pit above ground including taking out old, complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel galvanised light grade 50mm dia tubing with all fitting; on pole including taking out old pipe, complete all as specified.
