Environmental Support Services and maintenance of Toilet blocks in offices / Ancillary Buildings including scrubbing and cleaning of floors, tiles, Counters, Walls, sanitary fixtures & fittings and cleaning of metal accessories etc. Providing toilets papers, liquid soaps, sanitary cubes, naphthalene, freshener sticks (where automatic dispensers are not available) etc. complete with labour & materials as required as per scope of work. Environmental Support Services and Maintenance of Paved/ Metalled areas i/c kerb area, footpaths etc. of Airport Complex complete with labour and materials as required as per scope of work. Up keeping and Maintenance of Airport road used by public transport in substitute of Jessore Road i/c Kerb area saucer drains and footpath cross drain etc. complete (from Airport Gate No.1 to Airport Gate No.21/2) with labour and materials as required as per scope of work of regular basis & as per direction of EIC. ] [Area (5690.00 sqm) to be cleaned daily for one shift only] [Total area for 12 months=(5690.00 sqm X 12)=68280 sqm] (Rate to be quoted per sqm for 01(one) month) [Minimum nos. of manpower requirement given in clause no. 29.2 of SCC, Page-174]

Providing manpower as Helper (Un-skilled) service for the work which is not covered in the estimate as and when required & as per direction of Engineer-in-charge [Manpower quantity for 12 months = (3nos x 12) = 36.00 nos. ][Rate to be quoted for 01(one) no. manpower for 01(one) month(i.e. 26 days) for 01(one) shift (i.e. 08 hrs)]

Providing 2(two) nos. receptionist for facilitation like courtesy to visitors, customer and assist to AAI employees at Reception of operational office building including co-ordination with security personnel etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. [2(two) nos. receptionist per month considered as one job][Rate to be quoted for 02(Two) nos. manpower for 01(one) month(i.e. 26 days) for 01(one) shift (i.e. 08 hrs)]
