7.0 SUBMISSION OF TENDER:

TENDERer shall submit their offer in Electronic format on above mentioned website up to 18:00 Hrs. up to

Dt.14/09/2026 after Digitally Signing the same. Offer which are not Digitally Signed will not be accepted.

No offer in physical form will be accepted and any such offer if received will be outrightly rejected. Bidder

8.0 OPENING OF TENDER :

The. Bid (on line) will be opened on Dt.14/09/2026 at 18:10 Hrs. (if possible) on website

Circle, S-3, Jilla Seva Sadan-2, Second Floor, Bhavnagar-364001 as mentioned in Para 3(B)(iii) above.

Intending bidders or their representative who wish to participate in online TENDER opening can log on to

https://tender.nprocure.com/. On the due date and time, mark their presence or participate in online

TENDER opening. For more details vendors are requested to refer “Vendor Training Manual”. Tenderer

who wish to remain present at Bhavnagar premise at the time of TENDER opening can do so. Only one

authorised representative of each firm will be allowed to remain present. The Price bid will be opened after

Government decision on Pre Qualification bids of TENDER.

9.0 GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS :

a) The Fees for online TENDER document will not be refunded under any circumstances.

b) EMD in the form specified in TENDER document SBD form only shall be accepted & EMD shall be valid up

to 165 days from the last date of online submission of TENDER document.

c) The bid offer shall be valid for 120 days from the last date of receipt of TENDER.

d) Conditional TENDER shall not be accepted.

e) Government reserves the right to accept lowest responsive offer based on evaluation of TENDER

and reject any or all TENDERs without assigning any reason.
