Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) all-round S.W. pipes including bed concrete as per standard design : (a) 200 mm diameter S.W. pipe.

Providing and fixing square-mouth S.W. gully trap class SP-1 complete with C.I. grating brick masonry chamber with water tight C.I. cover with frame of 300 x 300 mm size (inside) the weight of cover to be not less than 4.50 kg and frame to be not less than 2.70 kg as per standard design: (a) 150 x 100 mm size P type (i) With common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5.

Constructing brick masonry manhole in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand ) with R.C.C. top slab with 1:1.5:3 mix (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), foundation concrete 1:4:8 mix (1 cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size), inside plastering 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with floating coat of neat cement and making channels in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design : (a) Inside size 90x80 cm and 45 cm deep including C.I. cover with frame (light duty) 455x610 mm internal dimensions, total weight of cover and frame to be not less than 38 kg (weight of cover 23 kg and weight of frame 15 kg) : (i) With common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5.

Making connection of drain or sewer line with existing manhole including breaking into and making good the walls, floors with cement concrete 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) cement plastered on both sides with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), finished with a floating coat of neat cement and making necessary channels for the drain etc. complete : (a) For pipes 100 to 250 mm diameter.

Providing and fixing unplasticized PVC (UPVC) pipes conforming to IS: 13592 (Type-B), including all UPVC plain fittings. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. (a) Single socket pipes (i) 200 mm dia.

Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of Prefabricated Ready-Made Containerized Toilet Block for public use, of overall size 26’ × 10’× 8’6” (L × W × H), comprising three sections namely Divyangjan (D/A) Toilet, Female Toilet and Male Toilet, complete in all respects, as per approved drawings, specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge, including provision of 1000-litre capacity water storage tank, as detailed below: A. External Walls & Internal Partitions Providing and fixing corner Post made of M.S. square section 72x72x4 mm, cladded with 1.2 mm thick M. S. corrugated Sheet with 50 mm thick Glass wool insulation for external walls. Internal partitions finished with 4 mm thick ACP sheets, water-proof and rust-proof, fixed with necessary fasteners, sealants and accessories, complete as per manufacturer’s specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. B. Roof & Ceiling Providing and fixing roof structure comprising top rail of M.S. square section 60x60x4 mm covered with 1.5 mm thick M. S. corrugated Sheet with 50 mm thick Glass wool insulation, including internal Ceiling finished with 4 mm thick ACP sheets. Roof laid in sloping profile with backward taper from front to rear, including overlapping system for complete water tightness, flashings, ridge, fasteners and accessories, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. C. Floor Structure Providing, fabricating and fixing bottom frame using M.S. Channel section size 125x75x5 mm including floor frame with cross members made of M.S. square tubes 65 × 50 × 4 mm, complete with all vertical and horizontal supporting members, bracing, cleats, gusset plates, cutting, hoisting, welding and bolting. The structure shall be erected above ground and raised to a height of approximately 1.0 to 1.5 ft above ground level using M.S. square section (minimum thickness 5mm) with bottom plates of minimum 12 mm thickness. Providing and fixing minimum 4.0 mm thick M.S. chequered plate flooring (anti-skid) over the M.S. frame, securely fixed by welding/bolting, including cutting and finishing. Providing and fixing staircase and ramp fabricated from M.S. sections including chequered plate treads and landings, including handrails wherever required. Painting of all M.S. work with one coat of approved red oxide zinc chrome primer followed by two coats of approved synthetic enamel paint, complete in all respects as per drawings, specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. D. Doors, Windows & Weather Sheds Providing and fixing M.S. doors and windows of approved size, complete with hinges, locks, handles, inside tower bolts and outside L-drops, fixed complete in all respects. Providing and fixing weather sheds over all door openings and exhaust fan openings, including MS supports, brackets, fasteners and accessories, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Painting of all M.S. work with one coat of approved red oxide zinc chrome primer followed by two coats of approved synthetic enamel paint, complete in all respects as per drawings, specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. E. Electrical Works Providing and fixing complete electrical installation, including wiring, conduits, switches, fittings, accessories and earthing, comprising: • Five (05) LED light with fittings • Two (03) exhaust fans (Havells or equivalent approved make) • Two (02) 5-Amp modular socket outlets • MCB distribution board, modular switches, wiring, conduits, earthing and all accessories Complete, tested and commissioned as per CPWD specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. F. Divyangjan (D/A) Toilet Section (Approx. internal size: 6’-6” × 9’-8”) Providing and fixing: • One (01) ceramic urinal with partition including all accessories, fixtures and fittings complete. • One (01) ceramic EWC with seat and cover including all accessories and fittings complete. • One (01) ceramic wash basin including all accessories and fittings complete. Including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required, grab bars as per accessibility norms, 600 × 450 mm beveled edge mirror, toilet paper holder, towel ring, hand jet, SS gratings, CP fittings comprising CP brass taps, angle valves, health faucet, CP waste coupling, CP bottle trap, valves and all other required accessories; also including internal water supply plumbing with CPVC pipes with all CPVC plain and brass threaded fittings, fixed with suitable clamps at 1.00 m spacing, including waste fittings and waste connections, complete in all respects as per drawings, specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. G. Female Toilet Section (Approx. internal size: 9’-5” × 9’-8”) Providing and fixing: • Two (02) toilet cubicles/compartments complete. • One (01) ceramic EWC with seat and cover including all accessories and fittings complete. • One (01) ceramic IWC including all accessories and fittings complete. • One (01) ceramic wash basin including all accessories and fittings complete. Including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required, 600 × 450 mm beveled edge mirror, toilet paper holder, towel ring, hand jet, SS gratings, CP fittings comprising CP brass taps, angle valves, health faucet, CP waste coupling, CP bottle trap, valves and all other required accessories; also including internal water supply plumbing with CPVC pipes with all CPVC plain and brass threaded fittings, fixed with suitable clamps at 1.00 m spacing, including waste fittings and waste connections, complete in all respects as per drawings, specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. H. Male Toilet Section (Approx. internal size: 6’-6” × 9’-8”) Providing and fixing: • Two (02) ceramic urinals with partitions including all accessories and fittings complete. • One (01) ceramic EWC with seat and cover including all accessories and fittings complete. • One (01) ceramic wash basin including all accessories and fittings complete. Including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required, 600 × 450 mm beveled edge mirror, toilet paper holder, towel ring, hand jet, SS gratings, CP fittings comprising CP brass taps, angle valves, health faucet, CP waste coupling, CP bottle trap, valves and all other required accessories; also including internal water supply plumbing with CPVC pipes with all CPVC plain and brass threaded fittings, fixed with suitable clamps at 1.00 m spacing, including waste fittings and waste connections, complete in all respects as per drawings, specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. I. Overhead water tank & supporting structure. Providing and fixing M.S. truss structure fabricated from M.S. angle sections of size 60 × 60 × 6 mm, erected at a suitable height near the toilet block including all bracing members, nuts and bolts, welding, fixing in cement concrete foundation and painting with one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of approved synthetic enamel paint, along with providing and fixing 1000-litre capacity HDPE water storage loft tank with cover conforming to IS:12701 of opaque white colour or as approved, including all inlet, outlet, overflow and washout fittings, and providing, laying and fixing external CPVC water supply plumbing from tank to toilet block with all CPVC plain and brass threaded fittings fixed with suitable clamps at 1.00 m spacing, complete in all respects as per drawings, specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
