Schedule'A' Part-I: B&R works

Taking down cement plaster on brick concrete surfaces including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with, water etccomplete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in cm (1:4) on concrete surfaces with integral water proofing compound @ 2% by wt of cement, (Water proofing compound measured & paid separately) finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 10 mm thick rendering in cm (1:6) on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 5 mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) on fair face of concrete surfaces as in ceiling,chajjas etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in roof kerbs, slightly rounded or chamfered on edges, mixed with water proofing compound in top layer @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer instructions finished even and smooth on exposed concrete surface with using extra cement all complete as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound

M& L for 1mm thick wall care putty on plastered wall surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on new plastered surfaces complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for preparation of old plastered surfaces and applying one coat of cement base paint on old plastered surfaces complete all as specified and as directed .

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemer over a coat of chalk whitening on new plastered surfaces complete all as specified and as directed .

M & L for preparation of old plastered surfaces and applying one coat of oil bound distemer over a coat of chalk whitening on old plastered surfaces complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for preparation of new plastered ceiling ,chajjas surfaces and applying two coats of white wash over it complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for one coat of white wash including preparation over old plastered ceiling /Chajjas surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) after applying 1mm thick wall care putty with preparation of new plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding, (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in cm 1:6 for laying floor tiles, All as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour 10mm thick bedding layer of mortar to wall in cm (1:4) for laying tiles on skirting/dado all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square /rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm in floors etc. set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 40 thick P.C.C (1:2:4) type B-O using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor finishing even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in plinth protection 75 mm thick finished fair and even w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in repairs vitreous china squatting pan " Orissa Pattern" size 580 x 440 mm white with integral foot rest including connection to trap,and to flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe,etc. complete including making good to floor (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in repairs Vitreous China, semi pedestal pattern (anglo Indian type) with 'P' trap white/coloured incl seat cover complete taking down old seat, including connection to drain (or outgoing pipe) and to flushing pipe,antisyphonage pipe, etc. complete excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Vitreous China bowl type urinal of size 465 x 355 x 265 mm white (minimum),with grating and union for discharge pipe complete including providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar 1:2, securing urinal to plugs with and including 60 mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement, complete all as specified and as directed

S& F in repair Health faucet (ABS Body) mild steel chromium plated suitable for 15 mm dia pipe with 1.25 metre long flexible tube and ABS wall hook including making connections and fixed in position complete in all respect as specified.

S&F in repairs 10 Ltr capacity PVC valveless, syphonic action type Flushing Cistern, low level white with inlet ball valve float & handle including brackets & connection to pipes complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in repairs vitreous china wash basin, white, flat back, size 450x300m excluding taps, waste , chain & plug & porcelain stopper including brackets incl cutting for pinning in ends of bracketes or erecting stand and fixing and supply and waste pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F low density polythene (LDPE) pins of pressure rating 6 Kg/Sq cm bore of tube 32 mm for waste pipe of WHB sinks etc.complete all as specified and as directed

S&F PVC connection 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 600mm complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F in repair pillar taps 15mm dia bore fancy type with capstain heads, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered 'Hot' or 'Cold' with long screwed shanks and fly-nuts, screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 15 mm stop valves (angular type), cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butter fly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed complete all as specified and as directed .

Dismantling ceiling board(fibre pulp insulation) or insulation boards any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for 4mm thick Asbestos cement plain building boards fixed to timber framework with screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of AC sheet/ corrugated / Semi corrugated sheets in wall cladding or in roof covering complete all as specified and as directed

M& L for 0.63 mm thick galvanized corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugation side lap fixed with each screw and washers in roofs, walls etc with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified.

NOTES :- 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc, required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule 'A' notes for details.
