Supply of 2 x 105W, inset type Bi-directional, High Intensity Runway Edge light fittings, complete with prism assembly, optical assembly (lens/filter, reflector etc.), "O" ring seal, pressure relief test plug, 6.6A halogen lamp, filters (Left - White /Right - Yellow), shallow base, di-cast aluminum inner body & outer cover and other accessories complete etc., as required meeting the requirement of latest ICAO Annex -14,FAA compliant and as specifications of aerodrome design manual part - IV(Visual Aids) latest edition.

Supply of follwing size 5 KV grade stranded copper conductor single core PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, unshielded, anti-termite and anti-rodent treated, airport lighting cable generally confirming to IS 1554- Part-II 1981 with up to date amendments and as specified in technical specifications of the following sizes etc. complete as required. 1 C x 6.0 Sq.mm

Supply of 2C X4 sq.mm secondary lead made out of multi stranded copper conductor, EPR insulalted PCP sheathed, treated 600V grade cable as specified in technical specifications etc.complete as required.

Supply of internally illuminated LED based Mandatory / Information Guidance signboards of various sizes made out of 4mm thick glare free poly carbonate sheet at front facia and 2mm thick anodised aluminium structure on other five sides with sufficient no. of 50mm dia 5.5mm thick aluminium legs with frangible couplings. Front facia shall be covered with 4mm thick non-specular glare free polycarbonate sheet having the required details (letters & symbols) screen printed on self adhesive film of 3M make and pasted on the inside of the polycarbonate sheet. The depth of the signboard shall not be less than 150mm. Signboard shall be uniformly internally illuminated with adequate no. of LEDs assembled on aluminium PCB of minimum 2mm thickness and suitable length and width and LEDs shall be 0.5W and shall have not less than 50,000 burning hours installed vertically with a spacing of LED strips (PCB) not more than 160mm with suitable rated power converter to achieve required illumination level stipulated in particular specification and suitable for operation on airfield series circuit input source of 2.8A-6.6A and shall have constant brightness for all current variation without flickering with all other accessories etc. complete as required confirming to ICAO requirements and as per the technical specifications.

Installation, testing and commissioning of Inset type HIRL fittings complete with all accessories in the bitumen/ concrete surface using departmentally supplied sealing material DOBEFIL-60/Hardner 750 mixture with core drilling, aligning & setting including crimping / joining of plug & receptacles and moulding / crimping the leads, connection of secondary leads alongwith other accessories required for commissioning etc. complete as required.

Cutting of cable groove with kerf cutting machine for laying one number of 2C x 4 Sqmm secondary leads meant for inset type RWY/TWY Edge light fitting on the concrete surface including kerfing,chieselling, cleaning and filling the groove with sealant compound after putting sealant primer after laying secondary lead which has been covered with jute for its protection etc. complete as required.

Laying of one number 2 x 4 sqmm EPR insulated & PCP sheathed stranded copper conductor airfield lighting secondary cable upto grade 1.1 KV in the existing GI pipe/groove cutting/CI Transformer housing box/Shallow base etc. complete as required.

Making field connections by crimping the following size plug and receptacle with the existing single core PVC copper conductor cable including filling the gap with water sealant material, applying HT & LT PVC insulation tape etc. complete as required. 16 Sqmm

Numbering of Taxiway/Runway light fittings with ISI approved enamel paint with double coat yellow paint as background and numbering with black paint of suitable size serially etc., complete as required.

Retreiving of 5 KV grade, 1C x 6/16A copper conductor, PVC insulated, PVC sheathed GLF cables from ground/DWC pipe/G.I pipe including shifting the retreiving cable to AAI stores etc. complete as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe of 4 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing 300x300x450(H) mm RCC earth pit chamber suitable to receive 6mm thick MS chequered plate with handle duly painted with anti-corrsive, strengthening & compaction of soil below the earth pit chamber including providing suitable ratio PCC, providing & laying Cement Concrete of ratio (1:2:4) of depth 100mm surrounding the earth pit chamber covering surface area of 01 Sq.mtr including providing and fixing of reducer, water funnel with wire mesh arrangement for watering etc. with charcoal/coke and salt etc. complete as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode to Runway/Taxiway edge light fitting with 6 SWG dia G.l. wire in 15 mm dia G.l. pipe below ground at 40 cm depth including connection with G.l. thimble, excavation and re-filling etc. complete as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.l. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with the cable etc. complete as required.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Excavation of existing Bituminous/ Concrete road to facilitate laying of metal pipe including disposal of material within 50 Meters lead and providing & laying in position 1:2:4 (1 Cement; 2 Coarse sand; 4 Graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) all works up to plinth level to fill up the excavated trenches after laying of the metal pipe complete above etc. complete as required.

Installation of Departmenatally provided C.I top cover of 310 mm dia x 15 mm thick with suitable rubber gasket and 6 Nos. M10 tapped hole and SS bolts etc. On existing Cylindrical type transformer housing box etc. complete as required.
