PROVIDING 21 Nos SKILLED PROFESSIONALS (Project Manager, Shift In-charge & Call centre Executives) on OUTSOURCE BASIS TO 24x7 CONTROL ROOM, HDMC FOR YEAR 2026-27

The Agency should have minimum one year of experience in the last five years upto 2025-26 in providing Manpower Services to Government of Karnataka /Government of India/ Government Institutions etc., in the field of 24x7 Control room (Help Line center) or computer operators

Similar nature of work done of minimum 50 percent to providing of skilled manpower to control room or any help line centre to any ULB Any State /central govt. offices / any government Institutions in any one year of last five years

The Agency should have experience in providing Manpower Services of workers and technical skilled manpower/ specialists in field of computer Typist (M.S. Office, Nudi & Internet), computer operators / Telecallers 24x7 citizen service center to Government Offices and Government Boards or Corporations

Registration certificate Labour Department under Contract Labour Act of competent Government authority

PAN and GST registration copies to be enclosed

Must submit/enclose have Registration certificate under Employees State Insurance Act (ESI ACT. And remitted at least 13.12 lakh rupees in last 5 years, (certified copies of year wise ESI returns details from the authority should be enclosed

Must submit/enclose Employee Provident Fund Registration Certificate issued by the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner And remitted at least 56.08 Lakh rupees in last 5 years, (certified copies of year wise EPF returns details from the authority should be enclosed)

Bidder shall provide Valid (in operation) local office address, rent agreement within Dharwad district or shall submit the Affidavit on 100 Rs E-bond declaring as follows If the bid is awarded then the bidder shall open local office within Dharwad district and will submit the documents related to office address, agreement to communicate and supervising of the deployed staff or any correspondence with the officials. The Agency should not have been declared as ineligible under corruption and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka / Government of India / Government Institutions etc., or blacklisted. Affidavit should be in the form bond paper with attested by the notary.

The Agency should have annual turnover of last 5 years at least Rs. 1.12 Core during any two financial years. The Agencies should submit proof of Audited Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Accounts, Income and Expenditure Accounts if required

Certificate from the Banker that the bidder has liquid financial resources (Line of credit) Annexure -3 of not less than Rs.20.40 Lakhs in the name of The Commissioner, HDMC, Hubballi from any nationalized bank certificate to be enclosed
