Demolition reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for ,in Manhole covers etc,complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundations, manholes etc and getting out in any type of soil,complete all as specified and directed.

Add to item No 02 herein before for each additional 1.50 m or part there of in depth beyound the first 1.50m depth complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed ware AC or RCC) set in cement mortar,complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of (unreinforced ) cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for,complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc ,complete all as specified .

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 in foundation filling and mass concrete,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L slat glazed stoneware drain pipes laid in trenches and jointed with collars with following sizes laid on new PCC bed,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggt. to concrete bed to drain pipes incl packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid & tested,complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling ,watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm in any type of soil,complete all as specified.

Removing the excavated surplus soils material exceeding 250 mtr depositings where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work built in CM (1:4 ) with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius,complete all as specified.

All as per Item No 23 here-in-before but using old bricks retrieved from demolition under here-in-before including cleaning and removal of mortar from old bricks etc,complete all as specified.

M&L for brick work built in CM (1:4 ) with sub class 'B' bricks in one brick thick honey comb walling,complete all as specified .

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on brick/concrete surfaces fair faces in CM (1:4) finished surfaces even and smooth using extra cement and mixed with intergral water proofing compound (WPC),complete all as specified . Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately under supply only item )

M&L for pre cast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in landings cover slabs ( for Manholes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas,water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles set in CM (1:4),complete all as specified and directed.

Use & waste of form work to soffits of suspended slabs , such as roof slabs floor slabs , landing and similar work; not exceeding 20 mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) flat rough finished surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified.

M&L for providing reinforcement cement concrete type B1, (1:2:4), using 20 mm graded aggregate as in slabs, supported on walls, beams, columns in roofs, landings, balconies shelves and the like,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to lengh, bent to shape required, including cranking , bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding withand including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0. 90 mm dia for securing with clips,complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, and reforming benching as required. Including removing existing branch drain, making good to walling and rendering , cutting out branch channel and making good benching ,,complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel inner girthe n.exc 30 CM in cement incl forms, moulds, mi-tred stopsends etc. complete,all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and rodding the blocked sewage line of any size to any depth till the smooth flow of sewage line and washing down complete sewage line with water and removing and refixing manhole covers and rodding complete all as direced by Engineer-in-Charge for any dia of pipes,complete all as specified and directed.

Scooping & taking out sludge,sullage and foreign materials from septic tank, soak wells of any description and depth including removing and refixing of vocersand appliances required for safe disposal of sludge sullage and foreign materilas either by carrying the same in corered van/trolly outside defence land and it should be disposed off at such place which is not determinated to public health complete all as specified and directed..

Surface dressing n.exc 15cm deep including cleaning away grass vegetation saplings shrubs , bush wood, under growth roots and trees not exc 30cm girth including disposal of spoils in any type of soil,complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of manholes including desludging and dewatering either by mechanical pump or manually and taking out solids / semi solids, well flushing with water, removing to a distance exceeding 250 meter but not exc. 500 metre and depositing in ditches including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil for making ditches after the sludge are deposited spreading and levelling of excavated soil in the ditches over the sludge and removing surplus soil to a distance exc 250 mtr and sprinkling bleaching powder (including supply of bleaching powder) over the area of ditches with one metre around ,complete all as specified and directed.

Day to Day maintenace and petty repair of sewage line (complaints pertaining to safaiwala ) by atteding daily complaints lodged by the users through IVRS/mobile/SMS or email and manual registering of complaints at B/R complent cell on all working days ( Except Sundays, National Holidays and closed Holidays) by deploying safaiwala per day ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- Charge Note:-Minor Complaint shall be competed within 24 hours and Major with in a week. (ii) If safaiwala not attended coplaint within time frame mentioned above 50 % shall be deducted job completed by him (iii)The contractor will be responsible to mentain daily job completed by the Safaiwala deputed by him in the sub work and obtained signature of I/C Complaint Cell/Engineer -in-Charge daily at 1700 hours on all working days.

Vitreous china squatting pan,' Orissa' pattern, size 580x440mm white with integral foot rests including connection to trap, and to flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe, complete including making good to floor,complete all as specified .

S&F in repair viterious china wash down water closet pan and trap (pedestal pattern )white including connection to drain (outgoing pipe) and flushing pipe antisyphonic pipe including PVC sheet cover coloured,closed pattern with flat bottom,and cover fixed with mild steel chromium plated or anodised aluminium hanging device excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe,complete all as specified .

S& fixed in repairs salt grazed stoneware gully traps, square or round mouthed 150X150 size, including setting and jointing to drains with in CM (1:1),complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PVC (SWR) gully trap 125/110 mm, setting and jointing with solvent cement complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs 150 mm Squar grating doom of PTMT (min wt -25 gms),complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs 100 mm dia grating doom of PTMT (min wt -25 gms) complete all as specified .

S&F in repairs 125 mm dia grating doom with waste hole of PTMT (min wt -40 gms),complete all as specified .

Note:- Item No 37,38,39,40,& 41 shall be executed at site after receiving complaint in B/R complaint cell & shall be completed within 24 hours (ii) If Contractor not attended Job within time frame mentioned above 50 % shall be deducted job completed by him in Running Account Receipt/Final bill of the sub work. (ii) Two (02) Safaiwala will attend B/R Complaint Cell at 0900 hours on all working days and leave this Station at 1700 hours.A attendance register will be mainted by the I/C Complaint Cell and signed by Contractor and Engineer -in-Charge at 0930 hours till physical completion of the sub work.
