M&L for light shade vitrified ceramic tiles, 9-10 mm thick (square/ rectagular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, (size & shape, shade and pattern as approved by GE), as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match shade of tiles, over & including M&L 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15-18 mm thick Yellow Jaislmer stone as in risers/skirtings etc., over & including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 complete incl mirror polishing, including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of stone, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 18 to 20 mm thick (telephone black shade) granite stone, as in WHB counter top, machine cut, (table rubbed and polished) best quality as per sample, over & including 15 mm thick screeding in CM1:4 including rounding & double mouldlng with jointless finish of the edges, including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite.providing suitable dia hole in the slab for the gas pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

Note : Angle iron framed work shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for preparation of old decorated external wall surfaces by Brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down mass and efflorescent salts and trading oil & greasy spots, washing rubbing down and stopping distempered surfaces and M&L for applying two coat of exterior acrylic emulsion of approved quality & tint on walls, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement 6 mm thick high quality looking mirror Swivel fancy type fixed to wall with chromium plated screw with cup washers etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Make Jaquar Cat No. ACN-1195N or equivalent model in Hindware/Parryware as approved by GE.

M & L for Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Antitermite Treatment along external wall where the apron is not provided using chemical emulsion at the rate of 7.5 litres per sq.m of the vertical surface of the sub-structure to a depth of 300mm including excavating channel along the wall and rodding etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Antitermite Treatment along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Antitermite Treatment treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of steel windows/vents with all fittings complete carefully & removal away from store, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fabrication of powder coated (powder coating min 50 micron) aluminium frame work as in frames for aluminium windows with or without rebate or for sliding windows(two track/three track ), ventilators etc with louvers having suitable mechanism for tilting , U shaped fillets for securing Jallies etc & the likes complete all as per sample kept in GE Office & fixed in position complete all as directed. Note : Glass panes in louvers & stainless steel wire cloth shall be measured & paid for seperately.

M&L for Pre- powder coated (powder coating min 50 micron) aluminium decogrill all as per sample fixed to aluminium framework of windows & ventilators,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Pre powder coated (powder coating min 50 micron) anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 no.). hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 no.) suitable handle (1no.) ,complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- Glass panes , decogrill & stainless steel wire cloth shall be measured & paid for seperately.

M&L for Pre powder coated (powder coating min 50 micron) Anodised aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc. complete all as specified all as directed. Notes:- Glass panes , decogrill & stainless steel wire cloth shall be measured & paid for seperately.

S&F Sheet glass 4.80mm thick, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty/aluminium with rubber beading in squares not exceeding 0.5 Sq.m in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 4 mm thick pin headed figured glass in small widths as in louvers of ventilators complete all as directed.

S&F stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:- All painting work shall be done by authorized applicator and mechnical means (spray machine) only.
