DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS

M & L for preparation and applying one coat of epoxy based paint on internal surface of pressure sand filter for safety from rusting complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement of Filter Media pebbles of size 0.5 inch to 2 inch complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement of Filter Media pebbles of size 8/16 mesh complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement of Filter Media pebbles of size 16/32 mesh complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement of Activated carbon ID 800 for Color, smells & Excess chemical complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation / cleaning of complete internal surfaces of filteration plant by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and inflorescent, trading oil and greasy spots complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces and applying a coat of water based paint on ramp,channels of filter bed & filteration plant and Pump house areas of any description over 10 cm in width or girth complete all as spfd and directed(Note- colour of paint as directed by Engineer-in-Charge).

Supply only Calcium Hypochlorite- chlorine contents-65% minimum in grunular form (Calciam based granular disinfectant for drinking water treatment, packed in 40- 45 kg of drums) prticle size (passing through 1.7 mm IS sieve)-99.5%,water insoluble matter max-6%,calcium hydroxide max-4% and sodium chloride max-15% complete all as specified and directed directed.

Supply only fat lime, unslacked, class 'C' , complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:Fat lime, unslacked not more than 2 months old packing.

Supply only stable bleaching powder conforming to IS - 1065, grade - I in 25 Kg packing, packed in polyethylene bag (not more than 2 months old packing), complete all as specified.

Supply only Alum Ferric Grade 4,conforming to IS - 299(latest) for solid form for treatment of water intended for drinking complete all as directed.

Supply only poly aluminium chloride (PAC) concentration for STP.

Supply only poly aluminium Electrolite (PE) Max Flow A-107 for STP.

Supply only Sodium Hypochlorite solution 6 % available freechlorine for dosing at CCT & TWT of STP.

Supply only EIS-DA (descaling chemical for all type metal) all as specified and directed.

Supply only Propylene glycol (heat transfer fluid use in closed loop solar heating system for all type metal) all as specified and directed.
