Supply & fixing in repair of sluice valves flanged type class PN 1.6, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. of following size:-

Supplying and laying with 75mm internal dia CPVC Schedule 80mm bore pipes & plain CPVC Schedule 80 fittings in trenches or laying in floors, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note to item No 5 to 7: The rate includes all plain CPVC fittings and pipe cutting fixing with CPVC solvent cement and testing.

Supplying and laying of CPVC pipes 50mm dia SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings in trenches or laying in floors, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and laying of CPVC pipes 32mm dia SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and laying of CPVC pipes 32mm dia SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings in trenches or laying in floors, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing CPVC Ball Valves, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. of following size:-

Material & Labour for Making connection of CPVC distribution branch with PP-R main of following sizes by providing and fixing tee including cutting and making joint etc., for the following bore pipes:-

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 Metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 Metre in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well Ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 Metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for cutting existing road/hard standing not exceeding 45cm x 45cm in wide & depth getting out excavated material for laying cable/GI tube, returning filling & well rammaing watering finish suraface 10cm from top using PCC 1:2:4; including removal of surplase soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for DI fittings and fixtures Bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.) Tee pieces single branch. "Y" junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs upto 150mm bore, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for construction of brick masonry valve pit complete including necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified with internal dimension 150x150x110cm (type 'B') including MS sheet cover 3mm thick welded with hinges on angle iron frame 50mm x 50mm x 6mm with hold fast grouted in 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 coping on top of brick wall including necessary locking arrangement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up or down old unserviceable CI pipe 100mm bore, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up or down old unserviceable CI pipe 150mm bore, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and install hi wall split units indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and Plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 5 star rating and EER 3.2.of capacity 1.5 TR, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Material & Labour for refrigerant tubing for Discharge/liquid tube copper pipe of size including 3/8 & 5/8 inches OD with insulation packing all as per site requirement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
