Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a lead of 50 m.Ordinary rock

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III): 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand (zone - III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement :1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) :Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer in- charge.Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on one side and balancing lamination on other side

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/ sqm)

Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) :25 mm thick

Kota stone slabs 20 mm thick in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillars laid on 12 mm (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and polishing complete.

Providing and laying autoclaved aerated cement blocks masonry with 100 mm thick AAC blocks in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand ). The rate includes providing and placing in position 2 Nos 6 mm dia M.S. bars at every third course of masonry work.

Smooth finishing of the exposed surface of R.C.C. work with 6 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 fine sand).

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix:1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade :New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)

Wiring for light point /fan point with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed steel conduit with modular switch, modular plate suitable G.I Box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable of Poly Cab/Havells and phenolex make as required.

Wiring for circuit /sub-main wiring along with earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC Insulated copper conductor, single core cable of Poly Cab/Havells and phenolex make in surface/ recessed steel conduit as required.

Supplying and Fixing 6 Way double door SPN, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 V, on surface / recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, common neutral link, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing (But without MCBs and incomer MCB) of Havells, Legrand/ABB /L&T/ Sciemense Make etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 Volts, 10 KA, "C "curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of single poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 40 A rating double pole 240 V, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of two module stepped type electronic ceiling fan regulator on the existing modular plate switch box including connections butt excluding modular plate etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of 1200 mm sweep ceiling fan of Crompton make (model Bruna) or its equivelnt, Havells with complete in all respect as required.

Supplying and fixing Environment friendly, energy efficient, 20 - 22 W decorative ultra slim aluminium LED lighting fixture with high lumen output ready to use pack make Havells / Bajaj / Philips.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of Window type Air Conditioner of 1.0 ton capacity of L.G./ Voltas/ Carrier/Panasonic/Hitachi /LLOYD Make with remote control and 3 star labelled by BEE suitable for operation on 230 V, 50 HZ AC Power Supply including supply and installation of wall mounted Voltage Stabilizer of 140 to 280 V, input range and out put range 210 to 230 V out put range, capacity 4 KVA for 1.0 ton AC complete in all respect as required..

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of Upto 35 sqmm direct in ground including excavation, sand cushning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as required.

Supply for laying in existing trench 3 core 6.0 sqmm of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade Havells / Poly Cab / Gems Cap make ISI marked aiuminium conductor electric cable as per latest IS specification, including connection and testing etc. complete in all respect as required and direct by site engineer.

Provding and fixing 6 SWG dia G. I. wire earth on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface / resessed conduit / submain wiring / cable as required.
