Finished the external/front surface of Gypsum board by fixing fabric acoustic and fire resistant panels of any colour and size (2400x600, 1800 x 600, 600x600) as approved by Engr-in-Charge and fixing with help of frame work, providing a minimum sound absorpation of level 0.90 NRC, complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fixing factory made "Acoustic window" casement (Openable) type made of toughened DGU glass (6+10+6) filled with argon Gas of acoustic glass 34 having an STC rating up to 45 as per IS: 9901-III/ ISO: 140/ ASTM90/413. Glass panels joints and sides to be sealed with acoustic silicon sealant. Window frame made with uPVC profile 60mm casement series, frame consist of high impact modifed grade uPVC, wall thickness of profile must be minimum 1.8+0.3mm, making arrangement for fixing of all hardware, EPDM gasket. +–0.2mm thick, galvanized steel Frame (28mm x 21.5mm), T profile (27mm x 17 mm) to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fasteners complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. The rate are included for supply and fixing of all other necessary accessories i.e casement handle made of zinc alloyed (white powder coated), But Hinges of zinc alloyed (white powder coated), transmission gear made of mild steel with multi point locking system, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing factory made "Acoustic door" casement (Openable) single/double leaf type made of toughened DGU glass (6+10+6) filled with argon Gas of acoustic glass 34 having an STC rating up to 45 as per IS: 9901-III/ ISO: 140/ ASTM90/413 made of extruded profile with wall thickness of 2.3mm ( + 0.2mm). Profile with hollow section with multi chamber, frame (60mm x 58mm), sash (60mm x 78mm). T profile (One vertical length in between two shutters) (60mm x 74mm). Glazing bead (35mm x 20mm) will be mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling ol holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware. EPDM gasket 1.2 + 0.2mm thick galvanized steel Frame (28mm x 21.5mm), sash (31mm x 27mm), T profile (27mm x 17mm) to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall wilh 8mm x 100mm long fasteners including Hardware like casement door handle made of zinc alloyed (white powder coated). Material and labour 18-20mm thick Granite (jet black colour) stone work (table rubbed and polished) as on horrizontal/vertical surface such as cooking platforms, window cills, steps and like, set in neat grey cement slurry @3Kg/Sqm, laid over and including 15mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6), including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass of any thickness and any description from Alumninium/ steel frames, and fixing toughened DGU glass (6+10+6) filled with argon Gas including joints and sides of panel of door/window to be sealed with acoustic silicon sealant, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down aluminium chowkats or frames (without taking off shutters from frame) exc 1.50 Sqm and not exc 4.00 Sqm each including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts or dismantling brick work (holes cut and any other damage to jambs, walls for taking out holdfasts shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost to Govt.) complete.

Taking down existing door/window of any description including frame exceeding 1.0 Sqm but not exceeding 2.0 Sqm each, and refixing in the same opening/other opening after necessary repair, easing and adusting, jointing replacement/refixing of mongries etc, complete all as specified and directed.
