Maintenance of garden at A.O Building, Ambedkar Park, Nandaneshwara, Vishnumoorthy Temple, Godown no 31 and 32 Business Development Park and Test Centres for the year 2026-27 and 2027-28 (2 years)

Maintenance of Ambedkar Park, AO Building garden, Parking yard Garden, Garden from Canteen to AO Builing, Republic garden, Neem park, gardens at Business development park and Testing Centre, near Nandaneshwara, Vishnumoorthy temple garden, and godown No.31&32 garden in all respects as per the specification and as directed by the department. The following works are to be carried out by the contractors including cost of labour,T&P,paint as directed by the department. a)Daily watering the garden lawns and plants covering full area of above said garden once in a day to the satisfaction of the department including drawing water from the available water points inside the garden etc. as Directed by the dept.(Excluding monsoon period) b) Hedge cutting of plants to the required shape and height as directed by the dept minimum 4 times in a year. c) Mixing of manure with red gravel & sand spreading to the plants twice in a year, spraying of chemical wherever & whenever to the plants etc.as directed by the dept. d)Removing/picking/sweeping the available garbages from the garden area inside compounds keeping of clean the garden the premises etc. complete as directed by the dept. e) Removing/clearing of waste grass growing inside the park. Deploying One Supervisor with horticulture/ landscaping knowledge, having minimum 3 years’ experience in Maintaining the gardens.
