Preparation old black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for appllying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer of Vg 10 at 5 Kg/10 Sqm on the prepared black top surfaces all as specified and directed.

M&L Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 25mm consolidted thickness with 5.5% binder content using Vg 30 by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete with power roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity all as specified and directed. Note: The ingradients shall be mixed in hot mix plant and the mix shall be spread using paver.

Premix bituminous mecadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or more) using paving bitumen at the rate bitumen content 0f 3.5% by weight of total mix rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with power roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Note for BOQ Ser item No 01 to 158 :- Incase of doubling/duplicacy of BOQ item, the minimum coated rate shall be taken into account for payment.
