Decomissioning existing fitted 7 TR Miscrprocessor based HPAC Package A.C. units (Sidwal make) with Single compressor i/c storgae the refrigerent gas by pumping down then dismantling the same with related condensers & MS stand ,accessories like canvas, damper & shifting the same to the safe place inside the exchange premises as directed by Eng.-in-charge.(At TE Dungerpur)

Dismantling / removing the existing fitted old scrapped defective/worn out 7 TR package A.C. units make with related condensers & accessories like canvas, damper & lowering down the same from first floor and terrace to ground floor along with shifting the same to the place inside the exchange premises as directed by Eng.-in-charge.(At TE Banswara )

Dismantling & removing the existing laid old /new Power/control cables of package units, condenser units, complete by unscrewing/cutting from the related M.S. racks/tray as required, lowering down the same from different floor to ground floor & shifting the same to the place inside the exchange premises as directed by Eng.-in-charge.

Recovering the existing old /new laid refrigerant piping of Hot gas & cold gas of different sizes complete by cutting/unscrewing /opening etc. fitted in between the package unit & condenser unit lowering down the same from different floor to ground floor and shifting the same to the place inside the exchange premises/keeping in safe custody as directed by Eng.-in-charge.

Dismantling the existing fitted MS Cable tray /racks of cables/GI Strip viz angle , square pipe, bar, hangers etc. along with shifting the same from different floor to ground floor to the place inside the Exchange premises as directed by Eng.- in-charge

Dismantling /removing the existing laid condensate drain piping, lowering down the same from different floor to ground floor i/c shifting the same to place inside the exchange premises as directed by E-in-charge.

Dismantling the existing fitted Fresh air fan package complete with all acessoreis i/c removing from wall cutout i/c shifting the same to ground floor to the place inside the Exchange premises as directed by Eng.- in-charge

Dismantling the existing old ducts of package units along with damper complete by unscrewing, opening the flanges, supports,hangers, lowering down the same from different floor to ground floor i/c shifting the same to the place inside the exchange premises as directed by Eng.-in-charge.

Transportation of the existing fitted dismantled 7 TR HPAC package A.C. units make Sidwal with related condensers & accessories like MS stand ,Cu-piping, power /control cable, canvas connection ,Duct damper, GI drainage pipe, Cable tray ,fresh air fan package , etc from the TE Bldg Dungarpur to TE Bldg Banswara and shifting the same to the place inside the exchange premises as directed by Eng.-in-charge.I/C Safe loading at TE Dungerpur and unloading at TE Banswara etc as reqd (Note -7 TR HPAC at TE Dungerpur is in working condition hence dismentling ,shifting work should be carried out in safe manner ,any defects ,damange occured during dismentling ,transportation ,loading ,unloading will be reaponsibility of Agency )

Installation, testing and commissioning of shifted 7TR High Sensible Package indoor and outdoor units on existing MS stand ,nitrogen pressure testing , vacumesing , i/c Supplying and charging the fresh refrigerant R410A i/c testing of Package unit as per Test schedule and norms as per NIT etc complete as reqd. NOTE: a) The hot gas refrigerant line shall be insulated inside conditioned area with high quality insulating material, nothing extra shall be paid on this account b) The each outdoor and indoor unit shall be installed on 12 nos. AVM pads (Rubber pad), nothing extra shall be paid on this account c)Shifting the package to first floor and condenser to MS structure is included in this item d)Servicing and cleaning of shifted HPAC package (indoor and outdoor )unit is included in this item

Supply & fixing of the following sizes 18 gauge ( 1.2 mm)copper refrigerant piping on the MS perforated tray (wherever required) etc complete as reqd

Supplying, installing, balancing and commissioning of fabricated at site GSS sheet metal rectangular/ round ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, support as per approved drawing and specifications of following sheet thickness complete as required.

Providing & Making arrangement to dissmantal,repairing and reinstallation of the Announciator control alarm (audio/visual) system to be equipped in the existing M.V. switch panel by replacing the faulty items like necessary contactor, fuses, relays, thermostats, humidistat, sensing devices for A) Audio visual indication incase of following i) Switch room temp. higher than-pre set value 23c+/-3oC ii) Switch room RH higher & lower than preset value 30%-70% iii) fire Alarm iv) Potential free contacts for extension of alarm for remote monitoring v) FA fan failure vi) Fire damper Closer B) INTERLOCKS Interlocking for tripping Main MCCB of panel in case of fire alarm.

SITC of PVC insulated PVC sheathed aluminum conductor armored cable of following sizes on the existing MS tray /walls with saddles/PVC of cables with glands etc. as required

SITC of following PVC insulated PVC sheathed copper conductor armored cable for control wiring on the existing MS tray / walls with saddles/PVC thread/cable tie, screws etc. I/c end termination of cables with glands etc as required.

SITC plumbing workwith following for drainage requirement I/c reducer, elbows, tees, unions, flanges etc. for water connection of various components of system i/c suitable sealent adheshive etc as reqd

ITC of existng GI for drainage requirement I/c reducer, elbows, tees, unions, flanges etc. for water connection of various components of system

ITC of existing 25mmx5mm thick G.I. strip for loop earthing on cable tray wall i/c connection with nut bolt etc as required

ITC the existing Fresh air fan package complete with all acessoreis i/c making cutout in wall /window /panel and fixing th same with suitable MS rod and angle hanging arrangement i/c closeing the extraspace to prevent the leakage etc as directed by Eng.- in-charge

Pdg. Making wall opening to increase the return air area complete I/c with finishing the same and shifting the debris / malba etc. to ground floor as directed by E-IN-C

Providing and making MS structure for outdoor units out side of wall to connection exisintg structure made out of various MS item kike C channels / angles/ flat /round Pipe i/c cutting, welding , painting etc as per design and direction of Engineerinn -in-charge etc as reqd.
