Preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces including cleaning by brooming down or with steel wire brushing scraping down smoke soot, moulded moss and efflorescent salts and cleaning oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash on walls with mechanical roller, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 1 above but one coat of white wash on ceiling with mechanical roller, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 1 above but one coat of oil bound distemper on walls with mechanical roller including wall care putty where required, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 1 above but one coat of cement base paint on walls external surfaces with mechanical roller, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 1 above but two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer with mechanical roller over & including 2mm thick wall care putty on walls, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 1 above but one coat of oil bound distemper on ceiling with mechanical roller, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, ceiling, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 2 km, complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) in two layers (10mm thick first layer and 5mm thick second layer) on other than fair faces of brick wall or on stone masonry or cement concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 coarse sand) in two layers (10mm thick first layer and 5mm thick second layer) on fair faces of brick wall or on stone masonry or cement concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Applying two coats of oil bound distemper with mechanical roller over & including 2mm thick wall care putty on newly plastered wall surfaces including preparation of surface, tint and shade as approved by Engr-in-Charge, complete all as specified and as directed.
