Supply, errect, test and commissioning in replacement Bus bar feeder pillar box of CPRI approved factory fabricated, dust & vermin proof including removable cable entry gland plate, powder coated 440 volts, 3 phase, 4 pole, 50 cycles outdoor type weather proof made out of 3mm thick CRCA sheet with incommer and outgoing through Bus bar & hinged door, locking arrangement with aluminium bus bar 400 Amps capacity, LED indicating lamp for RYB grouted, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 for foundation with angle iron legs of size 50 x 50 x 6mm and duly powder coated painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer comprising Incoming:- One number MCCB 250 amp, 4 pole, Ics 25 KA, 415 volts, 50 Hz complete. NOTE:-(Drg / design of Panel shall to be approved before given order to concern factory )

M&L in repairs pipe in pipe chemical earthing with GI pipe electrode 3.0 m long having outer pipe dia 80 mm & inner pipe dia 50 mm duly filled with highly conductive and anti corrosive compound of required quantity having chemical composition Bentonite 40%, copper sulphate 20%, Gypsom 5%, Graphite 10%, Alum 5%, Zinc sulphate 10%, Aluminium sulphate 10% burried in ground by digging a bore of 150 mm dia surrounded by soil friendly backfill compound non soluble in water including connection with galvanised earth strip 32 x 6 mm, making PCC pit of size 0.3 m x 0.3 m x 0.3 m (inner size) in mix 1:3:6 type C1 with RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, 40 mm thick cover reinforced with 8 mm dia MS bars 3 Nos both ways with lifting hook made out of 8 mm dia bar and testing on completion to achieve value not more than 1.0 ohm complete. (Note - GI strip size 32x6 mm upto 7.5 m included in the item).

M&L for servicing, repairing and welding to out door LT Panel / LT Feeder Piller box by (i) Cleaning with blower, (ii) Cleaning with CTC/Petrol (iii) Replacement of damaged copper/aluminium lugs (iv) Replacement of deteriorated copper wiring with existing sizes of cable (v) Cleaning and tightening of MCCB terminals (vi) Replacement and fixing of sheared rubber beadings (vii) Rectifying of loose connections of incoming and outgoing cables, replacement of busbar sleeve & cables (viii) Painting two coat of smoke gray colour over one coat of primer and black paint on base channel after rubing with emery paper and making smooth finishes (ix) Providing of door locking arrangement with of sliding bolts on panel door (x) Proper welding of Panel door/roof as required (xi) Repacement of nuts, bolts & washers as requirement (xii) Connecting / cleaning of earth wire /earth strip (xii) Two coat of white distemper on foundation.

Supply, laying and testing of 10 sqmm 2 core LT UG cable, XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor complete. Note: Excavation Earth work, Returning filling, removal, sand cushining, cable protection cover, GI protection pipe etc. shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective item of Sch 'A'.

Returning, filling in excavated approved soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each complete.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete.

M&L for good quality dry sand cushioning to under ground electric cable on layer of 8 cm thick before laying the cable and second layer of 15 cm thick after laying the cable all as specified in clause 19.75 of MES Schedule part-I (2009) Note : Sand shall be fined sand as specifed and punned thickness shall be measured and paid.
