Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Raking out joints in lime or cement mortar and preparing the surface for re-pointing or replastering, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling tile work in floor sand roofs laid in cement mortar for thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm including stacking material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling 15 to 40 mm dia G.I. pipe including stacking of dismantled pipes Internal Work- Exposed on wall (within 50 metres lead) as per direction of Engineer- in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand) : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work up to plinth level as per H.P.PWD. Specification including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts, including all incidental charges.

Providing wood work in frames of doors,windows, clerestory, windows and other frames wrought, framed and fixed in position Kiln seasoned and chemically treated hollock wood as per direction of Engineer in Charge and as per HP.PWD. Specification including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts and all incidental charges.

Providing & fixing 4.0 mm thick glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, windows, clerestory windows, all complete as per HP.PWD. Providing and fixing 25 mm thick ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters M.S. Piano hinges . (for cupboard) including ISI marked nickel plated bright finished IS : 3818 marked with necessary screws complete as per H.P. PWD. specification including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts , including all incidental charges.

Extra for providing lipping with 2nd class teak wood battens 25 mm minimum depth on all edges of flush door shutters (over all area of door shutter to be measured). as per H.P.
