Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work in soft/hard rock, chiseling wedging out of rock where blasting in prohibited saturated soil including bailing / pumping out of water, stacking the excavated soil in all leads and lifts clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers, when required into sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then deposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts.

Stone soling under floor like stone filling properly consolidating the soling preparation of grade filling the intersects with agg. etc. and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement:4sand:8 graded stone agg. 40mmnominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all depths and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement: 2sand: 4 graded stone qagg. 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement (50 mm thick)

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centering shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor two ceiling not exceeding 4 mtr and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in :-

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

15mm cement plaster in single coat of fair side of brick/ stone masonary for internal plastering up to floor two level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and / or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in CM: 1:3(1cement:3sand) and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing fire hydrant with all allied accessories i.e. GI Tee, 65mm dia riser pipe threaded bothside 2mtr long, control valve 65mm dia, GI elbow 65mm, male/ female coupler of HDPE pipe of 75mm dia, Reducer / male threaded adopter size 90mm OD and 75mm ID, HDPE/ GI nipple 0.15 m long 65mm dia, 75mm dia HDPE potable pump connecting nipple 65mm dia GI socket, GI bend 65mm dia etc.

Laying jointing and testing in trenches HDPE pipe of following diameter and classes as per IS: 4984-1995 grade PE-80 and jointing the pipes through push type compression joints by hydraulically operated machine complete with butt (heat) fusion welded joints with necessary fittings such as bends, tees, reducers etc. fabricated in accordance with IS: 8360 and IS: 8008 with latest amendements and shall be provided as per site conditions. The flanging of the pipes shall be made as and where required conforming to IS: code 8008 and 7634, stud ends shall be fussion welded on pipes & flanges shall be provided with slip on covered by epoxy coating / plastic powder. The flanges should be conform to ANSI B 16.5 with necessary nuts and bolts (Earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately) in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
