Survey including preparation of profile & schedule of materials, marking of locations.

Check survey & final peg marking.

Cost of excavation of 220 KV tower foundation pits including all earth work, back filling watering and leveling.

Setting of stubs including all foundation work but excluding cost of concreting and excavation (Rate per location) for following 220KV D/C towers:-

DB TYPE

Cost of Concreting for all types of 220KV D/C tower foundation including cost of cement coarse sand, stone grid, dewatering, shoring and shuttering, forming, curing but excluding cost of reinforcement bars with 1:2:4 mix concrete (RCC).

Erection of super structure of 220KV DC towers Including all works above ground level and fitting of danger , number & phase plate, Bird guard etc but excluding hoisting of insulator, hardware & accessories.

Tack wedling of all the bolts up to the height of one section or 5 Mtr. from ground level whichever is higher with three tacks of 10mm/12mm elctrode & applciation of Zinc rich point on the affected surface including cost of materials.

Installation of steel reinforcement bars in RCC foundation including cost of cutting, welding, binding and placing them in foundation pits.

Dismantling of all 3 phases of existing ACSR Zebra, all Hardware fittings & conductor accessories e.g. armour rod,vibration dampers,insulator string etc. of existing line and re-rolling of dismantled conductor on empty drums for re-use, safely transportation of all removed materia to store.

Dismantling of existing Earthwire necessary hardware,Rerolling of earthwire on empty drums & safely transportation of all removed material to store.

Making of cut point at newly erected B type tower & resagging of Zebra conductor including hoisting of all the necessary hardwares & accessories between Location No 98 & 99 of all the three power conductors.

Jumpering at section Towers after cutting of conductor, fixing of cones etc with all cost of men, T&P etc. Required for the work.

Stringing of E/w between Location No-98 & 99.

Grounding work including all earth work etc. for pipe type earthing including cost of all materials except earthing pipe.

Carriage of all required material from store to site & site to store.
