M & L for repair to pot holes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in road, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, but making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings).depth of potholes n exc 30 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dust or dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (using paving bitumen) at 5 kg per 10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Bituminous premixed semi-dense asphaltic 30 mm thick (consolidated thickness) stone chipping mixed with 5.5 % of binder content paving bitumen ( VG-30 viscocity grade mixed in hot mix plant, transported to site on tippers and laid with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor controln to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction, complete all as specified and directed. Note :-(a) 05 Nos of core cutter test to be carried out by contractor on his own cost after 07 days from date of laying of SDAC at location directed by Engr in Charge and test report to be submitted before processing RAR/Payment (CTL/IIT Roorkee/any Govt Institute as approved by GE. (b) The unit rated are worked out on the basis of binder content of 5.5% by total mix. Any additition/deduction in the actual binder content used, the rate shall be adjusted as per given in SSR-II)

M&L for Premix bituminous, macadam using paving bitumen 4% (by weight of total mix) binder content (VG-30) viscocity grade and pentitration laid / rolled and compacted to required gradient and chamber (consolidated thickness n. exc. 75 mm) with 8 to 10 tonnes power roller complete all as specifified and directed. S & F in repair metal delineator 1100 mm long X 100 mm x20mm MS Rectangular (medium grade) powder coated and pasted with twin colour reflective tape strips embedded 200 mm below ground level (approx 2-3 Kg weight) including excavation and PCC M15(Nominal Mix) with using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation of size 200 mm X 200 mm X 200 mm and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed.
