Supply Installation Testing & Commissioning of horizontal spindle,horizontal/redial split casing/end suction(Back-pull out arrangements) single/double/multi stage centrifugal pump, of recommended make such as Mather and Platt/KSB/Kirlosker and other equivalent approved make as per BIS 1520-1980 with upto date ammendments, read with IS:9137-1978 or latest edition suitable for lifting clear and cold water having turbidity upto 5 ppm with bronze,impellers/priming funnels,casing ring and shaft sleeves of bronze,shaft of steel grade 45C8/ EN8 with cast iron casing coupled directly through a flexible coupling on a common MS Base Plate (on existing RCC platform) to squirrel cage TEFC Energy efficient motors (Conforming to energy efficiency code IE2 or higher) of standard make such as Kirloskar/CG POWER /Siemens /Jyoti /ABB /Marathon and suitable for operation on 415 (+10%) and ( -10% ) volts, 3 phase AC electric supply. The power of electric motor should be at +10% in excess of the maximum power required by the pump/pumps in the operation range of (+) 10% and (-)15% of the duty poiint head. The motor should be as per ISI:325:1978 with upto date ammendments read with IS 900:1972. It should include cost of bearing nuts , bolts, installations inclusive of all taxes, transportation, freight charges, inspection charges, loading, unloading, conveyance to Departmental stores/site, stacking, etc. including specials and wastage etc. Pump and motor set shall be installed on existing RCC foundation and shall be coupled with the existing suction and existing delivery pipe line of common header and complete as per Specifications and instruction of Engineer-in-charge. The pump and motor will be installed in the premises of LWSS Sundernagar at Chandpur and there is no head load involved. the rates must be inclusive of complete set i.e. Pump and motor Total head 262.00 mtr. dishcarge =21.10 LPS =1 Sets
