M&L for repairs of condenser/chiller pumps from 2HP Upto 7.5 HP including dismantling of Pump of following capacity and segregating to its parts for repairs and maintenance, replacement only of shaft bearing, impeller key, shaft sleeve, impeller and grinding / polishing, bend removing etc complete including painting by two coats of synthetic enamel paint reassembling of pump after completion of work & testing complete all as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer in charge. Note:- Supply only of bearing and sleeve, impeller will be measured and paid under relevent item of work.

M & L for repairing /Disconnecting the electrical and mechanical connection of burnt electrical motors from the site / location, transporting to and from to work shop. Rewinding of electrical motors/ pump motors by dismantling and removing the burnt cut copper winding wire cleaning the slots of stator with petrol and brushes winding polyster based super enamelled copper wire of same gauge of original one with proper class of insulation including varnishing and heating the coil and remove air bubbles complete stator / roter after rewinding reassembling all parts including reinstalling connection to original position and testing on full load all as directed by Engineer in charge for different capacity of motor as per following :- (a) 1 to 2 HP

(b) 3 to 5 HP
