Civil Part(Sl. No. 1 to 34.02) Survey, hydraulic/structural design, testing soil bearing capacity & Construction of RCC dry Intake Well cum pump house as per latest BIS codes of Internal dia meter 6.0 Mtr and 13.5 mtr height of well steining with RCC M 30 Grade and 1.5 mtr wide approach Bridge to intake as per requirement at site including reinforcement and shuttering as per design including supply of all matarial,labour, T&P scaffolding , shuttering, mechinary etc required for completion of work complete as per conceptual drawing. Outside circumference of Intake Well to be covered with chicken wire mesh alongwith 25 mm concrete to avoid water seepage through wall steining shuttering joints. Which including lighting indicator and following works will be got vetted by IIT Roorkee. Hydraulic and structural design of Intake well cum pump house and preparation of drawing Diversioin of stream by any means to get working conditions at site. Excavation in any type of soil mix with shingle , boulder , etc or in any type of rock up to required depth as per design Timbering of any type required for excavation upto desired depth Dewatering of water required upto any extent to keep excavated pit dry for construction works. Lean concrete of grade 1:3:6 with 40 mm gauge stone ballast and local sand below raft foundation of well RCC in raft foundation including reinforcement , shuttering etc as per design RCC in well steining including reinforcement and shuttering as per design. RCC in Deckslab of well including 1.00 m wide balcony all arround, including reinforcement, shuttering as per design, deckslab will also have provision of opening for lowering of pumps and railing to the opening space. Spiral RCC / MS stair case of 90 cm width with suitable landing and GI pipe railing complete from deckslab to inside floor Intake well RCC in 1.5 mtr wide approach Bridge(at plinth level of pump house ,approximate length is 20 mtr, however it may vary at actual site condition for which no price adjustment will be applicable) to Intake Well including reinforcement and shuttering as per design also including also including requrired intermedeate support & abutment and approch for ramp/stair requrired flood protection works for intake well as well as approch of abutment as per site requrement. Construction of 6.0 mtr Internal dia pump house of brick work with flat RCC roof with clear minimum height of 4.5 mtr on edge as per design including mild steel door frame with steel /MS "Z" section, glazed and mosquito proof window/ vantilators with gaurd bar in required numbers for proper access and vantilation, plastering inside & outside ,external plaster may have some ornamental finish for aesthetic look, inside distempering, out side acrylic painting (apex or equivalant ), synthetic enamal painting on steel / wooden surface , waterproofing treatment and decorative tile work on roof, PCC flooring with 2mm PVC laminate flooring sheet etc complete. 2 Nos almirah in pump house size 1200x2100x450 mm with wooden shutters. Required No of inlet / outlet pipes of any size/ type of required upto a distance 6 mtr from outer face of well as per design. GI pipe railing supported on MS angle for approach path and balcony of pump house All electrification works required for pump house building except, wiring required for pumping plants which will be carried out seperately Supply and fixing of mild steel girder of required size in pump house for lowering / lifting of pump including moveable chain & pulley system. Including nessecry flood protection work by providing C.C. Block as per PWD/Irrigation specification and Size.
Add / deduct for price adjustment on account of variation of well steining height (if any) from 13.5 mtr. ( Rate only )
