OD280665/2025-2026:Supplying and fixing at site Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP) of approved make and colour certified for exterior applications, 4mm thickness with 28 to 30mm microns PVDF coating confirming to ASTM standard with top aluminium skin of 0.25mm and with a bottom aluminium skin of 0.25mm with service coating of polyester paint, laminated to a centre core of 2.5mm single recycled low density polyethylene material. The panels shall be cut to sizes of required grid dimensions(minimum grid size 450*450 mm) with the site condition. The panel shall be fixed on pre-fabricated frame work using 38mm*25mm*1mm thick Aluminium extruded sections of approved make joined with standard cleats and fasteners. The gaps formed between the panels shall be sealed with silicone sealant, Hinges for openings shall provide separately if needed. The rate inclusive of cost and conveyance of all materials labour for erection, hire charges of scaffolding etc. complete.

OD280639/2025-2026:Providing and fixing Stainless steel (grade304) 3D letters of 18 gauge,12 to 20 mm projection and of different heights including welding,grinding,buffing,polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steels ,nuts & bolts complete with suitable arrangements as per approval of Engineer in charge (for payment purpose number & height of letters shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts and bolts ,fasteners etc.)

OD280638/2025-2026:Providing and laying Ceramic Antiskid floor tiles of size 300x300mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS:15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete.

21.5:Providing and fixing powder coated aluminium work ( minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) consisting of tee /angle sections, of approved make conforming to IS : 733 in frames of false ceiling including aluminium angle cleats with necessary C.P brass/ stainless steel sunk screws, aluminium perimeter angles fixed to wall with stainless steel rawl plugs @ 450 mm centre to centre and fixing the frame work to G.I level adjusting hangers 6 mm dia. with necessary cadmium plated machine screws all complete as per approved architectural drawings and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge ( level adjusting hangers, ceiling cleats and expansion hold fasteners to be paid for separately ).

10.28:Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.)

OD293475/2025-2026:Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch ofcorrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.35 mm (+0.05%), total coatedthickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side. of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns.Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratchesduring transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desiredby Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws ofsize (5.5x55mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical orcurved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting tosize and shape wherever required.(modified DAR 12.50)

OD280634/2025-2026:Providing and fixing on wall face square type (or nearest available) section uPVC rainwater gutter pipes of 150 mm(6inch) or nearest available, 4 kg/cm² pressure rating, conforming to IS:13592 Type A, including jointing (including cutting, chamfering, joint lubrication if necessary) , securely fixed using galvanized iron (GI) brackets or clamps at max. 1.0 m intervals, leak testing, and making good the surface, complete in all respects as per manufacturers specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
