Rendering of service for Complete Site plan, Architectural drawings, structural Design drawings, other drawings needed at site for the construction of Multipurpose Hall at GDC Budhal as per latest Indian standard codes including required soil testing and vetting of structural drawings from govt. approved institutes IIT/NIT/DIQC. (as per the directions of PWD(R&B) deptt.) (The contractor shall supply 5(five) sets of hard copy and 1 (one) set of soft copy of each drawing and 3 sets of detailed estimates. 3 (three) sets of drawings shall be supplied in A1 size and 2(two) sets in A3 size. All Drawing shall be prepared on CAD. Rendering of service for complete construction of Multipurpose Hall at GDC Budhal having Plinth Area =4000.00 sft. Services include as under: Structure: - RCC framed structure as per Design. Foundation and plinth: - RCC. Superstructure: - RCC Columns, beams, lintel, and Brick work in 1:6 mix. Doors & windows: - Frames 1st class Sal wood and shutters both glazed/wire gauze of second-class deodar wood with standard fixtures, two coats of each primer and painting (glazing 4mm). Roofing: - RCC slab/ MS truss Including CGI Sheets(0.50mm) wherever required as per design False ceiling: - A suspended false ceiling 600*600mm of 15mm calcium silicate tiles. Flooring:- Vitrified floor tile in hall and store and Ceramic tile in bathrooms and kitchen floors and walls of standard quality (Kajaria, somany,Orient or equivalent as per directions of Engineer-in charge) over 150mm M7.5 concrete and Granite in outdoor steps and verandha. (Area =1500.00sft) shall be laid with 60mm M30 paver tile over 150mm M7.50 concrete as per site requirement. Plinth protection and outer drains Finishing: - The building shall be plastered inner and outer side and finishing the plaster surface with wall putty and 2 coats of oil bound washable distemper on inner side and outer surface with acrylic smooth exterior paint, all exposed steel shall be painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint. Sanitary fitting: - All the fittings shall be provided with the standard fittings and shall be connected with the proper disposal system. The C.P fittings/ vitreous chainaware shall be standard quality (hindware, jaquar, Cera or equivalent as per direction of Engineer in charge) connected with C.I, G.I Pipes of approved quality.(including construction of RCC Sump tank(30000 litres), Overhead tank (6000 liters) and Septic tank) Electrifications:- All the rooms in the building shall be provided with essential electric lighting system with minimum points as per the requirement. All the electric PVC/Steel conduit pipes shall be provided as per the standard specifications (Havells/Anchor or equivalent). Fire Fighting System (Complete Job)
