Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms,lift upto 1.5 m,including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed,within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil. By manual means.

Demolishing reinforced cement concrete manually /by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars properly and disposal of unserviceable material with all lifts and upto 50 m lead etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge.

Supplying and filling in plinth, under floor, foundations etc. with sand (fine) fron local quarry with all lifts including spreading in horizontal layers, watering, grading to required slope, ramming, consolidating and compacting each layer by using plate compactor or by any suitable method complete.

Providing and laying dry flat brick flooring in required pattern

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars.( Steel bars will be supplied free of cost from the Department)

Centering Shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Foundations, footings, bases for columns etc. for mass concrete with timber plank

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All work upto plinth level: 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 fine sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of cement concrete excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - all works upto plinth level: 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 fine sand: 4 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of cement concrete excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - all works upto plinth level: 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 fine sand: 6 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size)

Providing structural steel work in single section fixed with or without connecting plate including cutting hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as required.

Half brick masonary work with first class bricks in foundation and plinth including cost of all materials as required complete: In cement mortar 1:4( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)

12 mm cement plaster in single layer including cost of materials required and finishing even and smooth and curing complete.In cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ).

Providing , fitting and fixing chain link fencing of suitable height as per drawing of G.I Wire 4 mm dia of mesh size 75 mm x 75 mm x4 mm with suitable angle post of required size for fixing the chain link fencing of standard design placed every 2.50 m apart , embedded in cement concrete blocks & corner end , every 10 th post or as per direction by the E-I-C to be strutted , provided with 3 horizontal flat (double layer ) between two posts fitted to the angular iron post by welding ( cost of PCC base struts earth work , concrete, M.S post to be paid for separately)

Painting with aluminium paint ( two or more coats ) of approved brand and manufacture of required colour on new work to give an even shade

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade of approved brand and manufacture new work ( two or more coats applied @ 1.67 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)
