M&L for preparation of black top surface by brushing with mechanical broomer for removing caked mud etc sweeping with mechanical broomers and finally with air compressors to remove all loose dirt etc, having black top surface and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumin VG-10 @ 5 kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premix asphaltic semi-dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness using viscosity grade VG-30 @ 5.5% binder content by weight or total mix rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tone capacity power roller mixed in hot mix plant and using mechanical paver complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam laid/rolled with power roller 8 to 12 tonne and compacted to required gradient & camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) and binder content 4% (using Viscocity grade Bitumen VG-30) by weight of total mix complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of road surfaces and applying thermoplastic reflective paint in marking of minimum 2 mm thick single coat as in centre line and edge line road marking of 100 mm width thermoplastic paint (Hot application) white/ yellow by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads, Titanium dioxide calcium carbonate inter fillers, thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be the table No 800.4 of MORTH specification including spraying of glass beads etc all as per manufacture instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F solar road stud having 3 LED's of colours red/yellow/blue/green tough pressure dia casted aluminium alloy of size 125x125mm of height 20 mm with fixing with epoxy. LED's solar cells battery & light sensor well protected in side under tough unbreakable poly carbonate transparent sheet roof system workable for 3-4 (nights) after full charge in 8-10 hours including removal of old unserviceable stud complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair metal delineator of superior ellipsoidal design of height 800mm, base depth 300mm duly powdered coated black pole with 3 White retro reflectors embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for broken stone hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified and directed.
