Initial rectification and Anticipatory patch work

55.9.a:Filling up pot holes (cut and formed to regular shapes and all loose and defective materials removed) after supplying a prime coat of hot bitumen using 12mm departmental broken stone and compacting with power roller to get a compact surface.

55.2:Supplying and stacking 12mm hard blue granite broken stone in standard heaps for measurement(IRC 3.2.1.a)

55.8.a:Filling up pot holes (cut and formed to regular shapes and all loose and defective materials removed) after supplying a prime coat of hot bitumen using 36mm departmental broken stone and compacting with power roller to get a compact surface.

55.4:Supplying and stacking 36mm size hard broken stone in standard heaps for measurement.

3.15:Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material with in all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres by Mechanical Means

4.12:Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

5.1.a:Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion ( SS) on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 - 1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means.

5.2.a:Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion( RS) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 - 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

OD116749/2024-2025:Mix seal surfacing providing & rolling of close graded premix surfacing material 20mm thickness composed of 11.2mm to 0.9mm Type A aggregate using penetration grade bitumen to the required line, grade, and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying & rolling with a three-wheel 8 to 10KN static roller & finishing to required level & grade as per technical specification clause 509 of MORD (usage of bitumen is 55kg/10m2) by manual means.

OD116750/2024-2025:Providing, laying and rolling of close-graded premix surfacing material of 40 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 0.09 mm (Type-B) aggregates using viscosity grade bitumen ( VG - 30) to the required line, grade, and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable HMP of appropriate capacity not less than 75 tonnes/hour., laying and rolling with a Smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, and finishing to the required level and grade.

Road Maintenance Work- Special repairs/works

2.4.2.A:Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 metres Cement Concrete Grade M-15 & M-20 - By Mechanical Means

3.6:Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m

12.4:Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days.

12.8.B:Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications PCC Grade M20 (Without formwork)

13.5.A:Plain/Reinforced cement concrete in sub-structure complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications PCC Grade M15 - Height upto 5m

12.40:Supply, Fitting and Placing un- coated HYSD bar Reinforcement in Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications

55.25:Lifting, conveying and fixing the newly casted RCC covering slabs of any thickness on top of drain in position including all labour charges and miscellaneous expenses etc complete

8.13:Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads on Bituminous Surface @ 250 gms per sqm area, the thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform, and free from streaks and holes.

8.35:Providing and fixing reflective road studs (Raised Pavement Marker) of ' category A' made out of ASA/HIPS/ABS moulded body with shanks and conforming to ASTM D 4280, strong enough to support a load of more than 13.635 T when tested in accordance with ASTM D 4280, reflective panel confirming to ASTM D 788, and reflectivity conforming to clause 804.4. including installation, drilling, fixing with adhesive etc. with 2 years warranty for the road stud as well as for in field performance as per clause 804.7.3 Road Markers/Road Stud with Lense Reflector :-

10.2:Maintenance of Earthen Shoulder (filling with fresh soil) Making up the loss of material/ irregularities on the shoulder to the design level by adding fresh approved soil and compacting it with appropriate equipment.
