REPAIR/ MAINT OF CEILING FAN, EXHAUST FAN AND CONNECTED ITEMS AT INS DRONACHARYA UNDER GE FORT KOCHI

Disconnection of electrical wire from the ceiling rose and taking down the ceiling Fan of any capacity/ type/ size, make moreover dismantling the ceiling Fan for removing of old lubricating substance from bearing/bush and applying fresh lubrication using grease to avoid noise free smooth functioning, including replacement of burning out / worn out copper winding and existing same gauge of copper wire winding / unserviceable spares as required and replacement of PVC insulated, unsheathed multi stranded twin twisted copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm up to 0.5 M long including testing the repaired ceiling fan to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge and refixing the ceiling fan in own position with provision of hanging bush, cotter pins, nut , bolts washers etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Rewinding of ceiling fan and PVC wire from making connection and other spares shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Rewinding of the ceiling fan 230 volts of any capacity/ make/type and size (1200/1400 mm sweep) with existing same gauge copper wire winding and number of turns as to obtain the specified and satisfactory as per manufacturer’s specification, including replacement of all insulation materials, varnishing, heating, drying, reassembling of stater/rotor complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Ceiling fan before fixing at site the RPM shall be checked and match as per manufactures specification.

Carrying out re-metalling in worn out shaft, cutting and polishing to make the shaft suitable for fixing of new ball bearing and replacement of bushing system in ceiling fan and assembling the same and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Bearing shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only ball bearing of any capacity / size and type, suitable for any capacity type/make/size of ceiling fan, complete all as specified and as directed. Make: TATA/NBC/SKF

Supply only capacitor of capacity 2.5 MFD, 230-volt ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only PVC insulated, unsheathed multistranded twin twisted copper flexible cable of size 1.5 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only suitable size of copper bush for ceiling fan of any type/size , complete all as specified and as directed. Make: TATA/NBC/SKF

Supply only PVC connector 4 way 6 Amps with connection screws, nuts. etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only PVC clamps with fixing screws for holding capacitor of any type and size, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Alloy Steel Heavy Duty "S" or "D"-Hook Hanger with double Fasteners M10 x 75mm for Hanging Ceiling fan sted worn-out hook, complete all as specified and as directed.
